9 years ago I had no problems during the inspection. Today, however, things would probably be different and I would need some kind of expert technical review and a bunch of paperwork problems???
Marine plywood are too heavy. I did not use fiberglass. I used a fabric which is very strong(use in aviation). I used two-component polyurethane paint(Jotun Hardtop AX).
activ1712 Wow, this is what I need. Few questions if you don’t mind; If I use marine plywood, is fibreglass still a must? Or can I just use epoxy/rubber paint for waterproofing? Looking forward for your thoughts, thanks!
Stability is good with two people fishing, the smaller problem is just the speed from the stronger wind the cabin causes little resistance, with a more powerful 20hp engine would be better ...
gonna do this to my boat over the winter ... curious if you have and tips ... what kinda wood did you use ..MDF...? should i support my boat for when i cut it will it wanna collapse on its self ... sorry all the questions just your video really inspired me to do this to my 16ft deep haul ... hate all that wasted space up there ... thanks
Hello. I used harder insulation boards for the model. For frame angular aluminum. Everything else is made of fiberglass fibers in several layers. With this I got the shape and high strength. Greetings and successful work
Hi, I'm thinking of doing the same to mine 21" sea ray with a closed bow. Did You experience any difference in the sailing abilities moving gravity and such? It looks great what You did to your boat.
Hello, the driving qualities are now better because the speedboat is now more stubborn due to the lower center of gravity, and the four stroke engines are heavier than the two-stroke, which will contribute to even greater stability. A four-spoke propeller is also very good for faster speeding.
Hey...is this conversion globally legal?

@@activ1712 thanks for the response
Wow, perfect work. I want to buy myself also a Whaly, but the 435 and your idea makes me speachless.
