@ so far wala but AC and RFactor 2 probably on the coming year -Vern
@@Klaywing Ah oo nga one of many Vernon's names kek. Pero sige let's see. Kung parehas ng sinasalihan natin. More on iRacing na ako next year and a bit of ACC. Pag may SRPH event, sasali din ako AC.
man i have a question because i can't check rn. are this settings even on xbox or only for pc?
Only for PC, sadly, as this requires third party Assetto Corsa apps.
neck fx?
Hi there! Sorry for the late reply. It's this one here: www.overtake.gg/downloads/ac-head-physics.68266/
@@mve_simracing Thnx brother, i love it
@@pandemxx2716 awesome! Credits to the creator of that script :D
I love this car!!! It feels like a real car in real life
Really? That must feel great then. Is there a specific car that you're comparing it to?
@ not specific car, it just feels more real life than a sim car. You can feel the tires and car move around in a more realistic manner
I have the same controller these settings would be so useful
Definitely! Enjoy driving in Assetto Corsa with these settings. Heck, I even believe that this will help you transition better to wheels and help with understanding the car's limits so much more.
PC specs? I am considering buying ACC but idk if my PC runs it
Hi! I used to use a Inteil i7-10750H and Nvidia GTX 1650Ti as well as 24GB. I had to sacrifice quality of course to get decent framerates but it's alright. It depends on how much are you willing to sacrifice your graphics for FPS
@@mve_simracing ty man <3
literally helped me take 2 seconds off my imola time. great tip
Woohoo! Let's go! What would you like to see next?
dude THANK YOU I'm finally able to enjoy the game the car feels so responsive its satisfying to play
I'm so glad to hear that. Enjoy this as much as you can especially while you plan to save for a wheel. 🥳
Bro your graphics is look like Iracing I like it. Can you give me your settings?
Ooh. I have the sol_neutral_linear ppfilter or something along those lines, along with pure LCS. That's all I remember and can give at the moment. Never really thought that it looks like iRacing.
Interesting, different approach of settings to mine. I use a low steering rate with low dynamic steering limit as well, feels more lively even though it's harder to control
That is interesting indeed. I feel mine is a bit cheesy where you can save so many more slides compared to wheel users especially when you notice it a bit too late. I dislike the low steering rate on my Logitech gamepads due to how much joystick travel there is. As long as you enjoy yours, that's all that matters in the end. What controller are you using btw?
i hope you get the opportunity to get a wheel, you really learn nothing using a controller.
Thanks for the hope but I already do have a wheel (Moza R9) and was able to take what I learned from the controller to the wheel. It seems ignorant of you to say that you can't learn anything with a controller though. With gamepad filtering such as the Advanced Gamepad Assist and gamepad filtering from Studio 397's titles, you're able to drive the car more like a wheel, where the game will correct your steering based on the available slip angle, which allows you to play with your pedal inputs and get closer to the limit. I've won multiple local championships against really fast drivers with the controller as well as finished 2nd behind a local e-sports level driver on-site (without any prior experience on a dd wheel). I might even say that advanced gamepad assist can be overpowered in the right hands.
But to add to all the good that I've just said, you are really limited to the games that you can play. I was only able to enjoy the 3 games mentioned above and not the rest, especially ACC with most of their cars having high steering wheel rotation. Having a wheel is so much better and is still recommended for those who can afford it. I'm so happy with my purchase of the Moza R9 and I hope more people get to experience this.
@@mve_simracing Local esports, huh? lol The people you were racing against have probably never even touched a direct drive wheel before. It’s like going to a local go kart track you’re not exactly going to find top tier drivers. I played on a controller for years using the a script, but the only thing you really learn is the track. When I said you don't learn anything, I meant specifically in terms of driving skills. Driving with a wheel and a controller are two completely different experiences. I wasn’t talking about using pedals with a gamepad; I was strictly referring to the controller. I’ve been using a Simucube 2 for two years, and I’m still learning every day. Jumping straight from a controller to a real car is impossible. Steering with one thumb doesn’t translate to handling a wheel with two hands.
@@certifiedjoint And I wasn't talking about using pedals and a controller at the same time. I'm talking about the pedal inputs that you can do on the controller. I agree, it is a completely different experience, having used both. Until you've tried it, I can't take your opinion seriously. Of course, if one can go and afford a direct drive, by all means, they should go that route. I'm not saying that Controller > Wheel all the way (with the pros and cons that I've stated). I'm providing a solution to those who are on the controller which is clearly not you. Happy that you are able to get to the Simucube 2 though. Hope you and everyone else keeps learning to either be an alien or just enjoy racing more in general.
@@certifiedjoint A7-Assist isn't recommended anymore. You shouldn't judge someone's experience on a script while you two are using different scripts.
Hey man great stuff! Do you push up on the analogue stick and swing it left and right? Or just tap left and right?
Hi! Thanks for the kind words! I dont push the joystick up. I just go left and right as smoothly as I can
*promosm*
uhh what?

Been a while since I checked in. You gonna be uploading again soon?
probably not until next month. I'm spending time with family away from home
thanks for checking in though
Wow! Really great driving! Even more impressive that it's done on a controller! Do you have the steering mapped so that the stick movement is linear with the steering? ie. 20% stick movement = 20% steering lock and 100% stick = 100% steering. Or is it more like a ratio?
Thanks man! The steering settings are untouched so it's whatever's provided default by iRacing. I think it's great out of the box for controller settings :) Though iirc, it feels more it has some sort of ratio built-in as well as speed sensitivity - where the higher the speed of the car, the less steering you get at 100% stick movement.
@@mve_simracing Thanks for the reply! Your steering looked very precise, much better than whenever I try to drive with a controller haha. Anyways, keep up the great driving! It's also nice to hear your thoughts while racing hard with others, great to see fair racing in iRacing.
@@pyrodude60 Thanks as well! Hope you stop by once I get back to livestreaming - just on a vacation and I don't trust the internet connection yet here. A big help for me is that there is a lot of range of movement with the controller that I use, the Logitech F310. Sure, it's got a bit of deadzone in the center but I got used to it eventually. I tried driving with an xbox layout controller and I couldn't get that same precision down.
This is hilarious lmao
Which part? lol
Were they using a controller as well? I just finished the race and I gotta tell you, I am extremely impressed if you're just now beginning your journey of working your way through the beginning classes. I don't play iRacing (I just watch it a lot), so I'm unsure if you use a controller if you only face other people using a controller too? Regardless, second place is pretty incredible for just getting your feet wet. Stay with it! Subscribed!
Hey man! Sorry for taking a while to reply. I've only seen it. Most of the people on iRacing are on wheels. I just have years of experience on the controller and extensive experience on wheels as well so it's not as bad as it seems. The MX5s have been great fun while I was in rookie class. I actually just made my way up to A Class an hour ago. My latest stream is me in my last GT3 Race to get my A Class. 2.3k iRating on top of that but we're still improving. Will have to fly somewhere so I don't think I can do online racing but yeah, we'll see how things go
That's pretty impressive using a controller! I think you'll you lose a bit of speed compared to a rig setup by how you have to downshift so quickly getting into first gear (perhaps you could make those corners only getting down to second), but if the goal is to keep the car on the track, you're succeeding at that!
Yoooo thanks for the tips man! I wish I had seen this when I was driving that combo

Track link please
I believe it's this one. It's been years since I last accessed this so I might be wrong. The name of the track (at least during the time of rF1) is Birmingham. www.rfactorcentral.com/detail.cfm?ID=Birmingham%20Motorplex
setup pleasee
Hey what setup dit you use
Sorry bro I don't have the setup file nor exact setup details. From the top of my head, I remember not changing the front ride height as it makes the car feel somewhat weird and I'm slower with it. Brake bias, I change it from 60-64 depending on what turn. Rear wing from 5-7 depending on what you can handle consistently. Toe stays the same. Camber, I used an app called camber extravaganza and have it so that the camber at the front becomes a bit positive in the heaviest turn to help me with more stability. Tire pressures you can use in-game tire app and make it so that it's green instead of blue or orange/red. ARB is on the low side too, 1 on the rear and whatever's tolerable at the front
Nevermind. Found a screenshot. Use content manager btw Camber front -1.8deg Camber rear -3deg Rear Wing 7 Front ride height stock Rear ride height -180 Arb front 47500 Arb rear 27200 Tyre pressures rear around 16 for the lowest Tyre pressures front around 19 the highest. You should make tire pressures equal by the middle or end of your race stint. Sometimes, it can look like the following Left front 18psi left rear 16psi right front 19psi right rear 17psi After a few laps, they will all settle at a certain psi and are equal or at least close to equal. Sorry if this is a long post haha

Syncronized "Flying Lap" yo
I'm watching a profesional driver =) . I was especting going off the track much more than that :P the first one, maybe was only 1 wheel on track but without gaining time. The engine sounds like having 21.000 RPM and not 19.000 RPM, but sometimes happend that sounds like 18.000 RPM instead of 19.000 RPM. rFactor logic :V

ayy nice to see your steering input
+FerdiRiman24 Thanks, although this is not 100% accurate since I put 270degrees to make it more lively
