I don't really understand why this freaks people out or why they are trying To keep it so quiet but I guess my mind is a little more open than most... Know, that I am with you in spirit and. Yep, that sadness wave hit me yesterday. Weepy all day. Sigh. Getting a large load of compost soil tomorrow. Digging in the soil and caring for plants will be balm.

While I love your work (the beautiful daily emails) I am surprised by this video. It's not that I disagree with all of what was said. But it did seem to be fear based, despite what you said and then you say isolate but then talk about you go out.. but your being mindful... The mentality of so many people is in a huge panic.. I am not saying we shouldn't be prepared (as we should for many things) but in a lot of areas heck even on amazon it's impossible to find what once was basic supplies (hand santizer for example) and people are even stocking up huge on TP and other things like that. So many are getting a only for myself mentality it's difficult for us to even get prepared as a community.

I fully understand that gap from there to here, that you have to navigate. I also work with angels, I'm in the middle of that navigation at this moment. Its a scary ride when your NOT steering the boat, lol. When you have to give up yourself to trust that everything is going to be alright. I've had a lot of spiritual growth last year and this year.
