Worked on this as a runner when it filmed in Glasgow and I knew some of the extras. My friend, Neelum was so excited about being an extra in this and had a habit of talking about it out in public so I once put some silver duct tape over her mouth so she’d stop talking about it as we had all signed NDA’s and we were out in public at Kimble’s, the old coffee place in St Enoch centre! Luckily I had the tape in my backpack as I was required to stick down cables etc. Neelum’s a tough leather trousers wearing biker girl so she took the fact she was suddenly gagged in good spirits!

One if the annoying things about these is the army just being there literally as the outbreak starts so making it seem like the army just chills there every normal day before that. Show the police being over run then have a scene like an hour later where the army arrives and tries to fight back dont just throw a few soldiers into the mix from the start and say "oh they couldnt contain it oh well
