Not many people to give first hand accounts left, but I was privileged enough to hear one in person from a polish jew who was a child at the time. They had been able to fly under the radar in a ghetto for some time, but were eventually rounded up. However they were intentionally mislabelled as political prisoners by a german official along with a larger group, and because of this they were sent to a labour camp to cut lumber instead of execution. He survived, and after the war lived in Poland under the USSR. His family eventually got the permission to travel to Sweden for a vacation, on the condition that they left almost every possession behind in Poland to ensure they came back when their time was up. But they chose to stay here and start over with next to nothing rather than go back.

Spot on, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much simpler and potent now!

FYI: An AED, or automated external defibrillator, is a portable device that can help treat sudden cardiac arrest by delivering an electric shock to the heart. When used within minutes of a collapse, AEDs can be life-saving in combination with CPR.

If an adult wants to be delusional they can be. Just don’t make it everyone else’s problem by trying to change what a man and what a woman are, but most of all only let it be amongst consenting adults, not children.

Look wake up hunger comes from the brain and it an automatic response like breathing I had a feeding tube for 7 month it was in my intestines and about two weeks in my brain would not stop telling me to eat it was just about all could think about it was hell so it’s an automatic thing to keep humans alive if you could find a way to turn that off you will fix our weight problem

when I grew up we had real butter on his toast. had ham or bacon. eggs cooked in butter. sometimes we had biscuits and gravy with pork sausage. my mother cooked with lard. we had carbs, starches and fatty foods. we were not overweight. we had chores and responsibilities. we were physically active. we didn't lay around watching TV for hours or game for hours. it's not food. it's lifestyle. stop blaming g everything but yourselves for your problems. own it and fix it.
