People need to stop tattooing their kids names on their necks, and guns on their face as if they’re in the hood in L.A. Would you employ someone like that?
Do Australians not let people have tattoos? Walmart in the US regularly posts pictures of its employees on Facebook and they have like faces covered in tattoos and piercings. In America most places are removing all like I guess anti tattoo discrimination rules also hair rules for people with curly hair they are called crown laws
Its Just As Acceptable For The Boss To Fire Them when theres no accountability, you end up like the local police
