Yo Danke, I BEGAN playing when my grandmother started me on accordion @ 9. Couldn't pick up many grls playin the squeeze box. Didn't take to long before I bought my hammond B3 and Leslie 122. Point being, I still can't play that compleatly through. And Im alot older then you. Keep up the good work. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT

Having loved music since I can remember anything, this is a good foundation to a much more skilled and ornate (highly elaborated and ornamented) semi-orchestral version that can be accomplished on piano. Thank you for inspiring [funny typo deleted : “I souring”] me to more study and skill building (my musical “pedigree” extends back to the Moscow Conservatory days when it was managed by Anton Rubenstein)

I’m 62 and I’ve loved this song my whole life but this is first time I’ve heard a cover and just the piano. I hear a lot of Bach influence . I’m a musician but not with much theory training . The rhythm and harmony of 8th notes in the left hand and 16ths in the right. An often forgotten song. I’d be great to hear how the song was constructed and what inspired it. They may not remember at this point in time 🙄. Thanks !
