That pouch from Coach is SOOOO GOOD! I am using mine for medicine on a work trip. It is a perfect size. I’m with you, that strap is too much for me. I know Coach intended it to be carried as a wristlet but I wanted to cut it off too.

Anyway, there are so many bags on the street, so as long as others can't see it, I think it's fine. The thought is there.
