Kona, our 12 week old golden retriever puppy, helps our friend Diane wheel a 6 ft flip flop / sandal display down Manhattan Beach Blvd in Manhattan Beach. The video stops because Kona peed in the middle of the sidewalk right as we were filming.

Hey . I have a golden retriever and he’s turning 7yrs soon . I’d love to keep him happy as he did a mistake so he’s tied up during the day (he bit me 4 time on the face, I also need to have a surgery) but now he is all good boy . Any tips on how to keep him happy and hygienic? I’d really love to take care of my brother......please he’s a good boy now he deserves more .

I find myself watching other people's dogs on TH-cam ever since I lost my 17 year old beagle best friend a year and a half ago. I still can't bear to watch beagle videos, but I have to admit I am falling a little in love with Goldens. They have the same beautiful, gentle, loving spirit. Thanks for sharing the videos.

chippy 77 i lost my best mate 16 mths ago chippy. A beautiful golden. We bought a rough coated collie and they werevery similar ages when they first met. Seeing these two reminds mf my boys extra happy last year.
This video reminds me so much of my sweet golden (now deceased) playing with her much younger golden sister. There was much "bitey face" in our house for 1.5 years,....until cancer came along.

+MinMonZ , If you get one, it is the only breed you will only own. Our Family always argued over who ours "loved" the most, they have big hearts & love everyone, and rarely meet an enemy.......even a skunk but that is another story.

That pup will learn great doggy social skills from the older dog! At the dog park people loved for my dog to play with their puppies--he was a great teacher.

Awwww! I learned in vet-school that elderly dogs have been proved to live longer if getting a puppy as a playmate/roomie/adoption/etc. Cant remember the source of the research but I do think it was an American study, where several hundreds of dogs and owners had been followed for a few years.

Golden retrievers hardly bark. It's just In there genes. Only when playing really rough then they do, other than that, barely ever.
