WILD. I'm the complete polar opposite. I'm absolutely repulsed by ANYTHING coconut in perfume. It doesn't matter where it sits in the fragrance composition I can always detect it. I think it may just be a matter of a trained nose sometimes too!

Hey Calvin! I asked you about Lolita Lempicka getting stronger a few videos back and you mentioning it here has reminded me that you asked me to let you know how mine developed. I can confirm it is getting really strong and I absolutely love it! The bottle is also so beautiful and unique. Great video! Unfortunately, reformulations will always happen due to what ingredients are allowed, and I think we should just embrace them. Often they do a great job of getting it pretty similar to the original.

Hi Calvin! Shaghaf Oud or Oud Bouquet, which is slightly less strong but still beast mode, is/was a one spray only scent for me. I wore 8 sprays of Oud Bouquet once, and it was way too much. I eventually sold it because it just wasn’t wearable for me. Not even my strongest vintage powerhouses are as strong as Oud Bouquet. I love Addict, but one spray of Addict does nothing for me. I do about 5. Okay maybe 10. 🤭 It’s a sweet but mature bourbon vanilla scent on me. I agree. You’ll always find something better but there are some perfumes that I still economise. Can’t help myself.

For me that perfume reminds me of all my holidays Corfu is lovely and Okinawa was amazing! I hope you get to go soon I think you should definitely use up your perfumes when it feels right! 😊

2024 was my fragrance renaissance. I think discovering middle eastern scents allowed me to move outside of gender fragrances and figure out where I land in terms of taste. Still learning but I’m happy with what I have learned and bought so far

Only two people I know on TH-cam spoke about zen by sheiseido. Reminds me I have a dupe I need to open and try. I bought it because the TH-camr was waxing poetic about it and bought the dupe as a back up or something

Guys i forgot to mention BUT if you already own Montale intense cafe, MFK gentle fluidity gold i feel like you wouldn’t need this. (Those two are more balanced and have a deeper base) This perfume is probably the sweetest perfume i own 😳😳 it really caught me off guard. Performs like a beast and i think will be amazing to layer with other perfumes when you want to add sweetness, this is like pure sugar.. tooth-achingly sweet so be super careful with this one!!!!!

That’s the first Montale bottle I’ve seen in real life and I also thought they’d be much bigger 😂 I have a decant of Chocolate Greedy and it’s delicious, smells like chocolate orange.

I’m late i totally forgot to post an update! After 4 weeks i’m still not fond of these 2… Liquid brun has a strong ambergris note that i can’t really tolerate. It reminds me a lot of Jean paul gautier fragrances for men! Nothing new or ground breaking to me. Qissa delicious just has a soft baby wipes smell, good longevity and i received a compliment. But i cannot smell chocolate at all which is what i was craving. Overall not bad but we will see how they change in a few months time

2 week update: guys the longevity is insane, amazing sillage. It hasn’t changed since i first sprayed but i’m so happy i have this beautiful staple 😍 when i try to layer it this one overpowers everything for some reason 😳😳 10/10!!
