When life felt bland and pale in the last few years compared to the rich and colourful life I experienced as a child, I asked myself what the root cause was and how I could regain my percetion of life that i enjoyed as a child.
That is how this video was born: a guide with the steps of my self-analysis and the matching solution I found, which was always in my reach, just hidden from my conscious adult self. I am sure that it could help some of you out there who have observed the same issues in their lives but just couldn't put them in words.
