I disagree with u putting light in b tier im main light and i kill poeple that use dragon and there 30m bounty so i think it should be in s tier
I thought some people would disagree with this. People who actually bounty hunt with light without running are insane at the game because every time I fight a light user they just run away. they also don't have many defensive abilities.

Yes, But the Chance is Lower.
i thikn in a private server the chances are 1/12k but in a full public server, its 1/6k. your best bet is to join a pub server with 2x spawn rates

I was speedrun killing the boss because i had a genuin fear that i would disconnect. Its happene before where i disconnect at the most inconvenient time. I'm sorry bro good luck getting it again.
It took well over 2 and a half hours to beat the boss because other bosses kept clapping me and I was alone for the most part
