The trouble with the whole idea is that, as it is, Arkham Asylum is so minimal, you can't really do it shot by shot, cut scene by cut scene, following the same sequence of events in an exact replica of the map. That's not enough anymore. You have to make it a new game, basically. So the question is, how closely do you follow the original? And at what point are you just making a completely different game with the same premise, same puzzles, same basic story? Should you then write a new story in Arkham Asylum? At that point, shouldn't you just make a new Batman game with a different premise? The right choice might be in there somewhere, of course. But the question is, is doing a remake the best use of time, or should Batman games move forward and try something new, in the same way that Arkham Asylum did? My feeling is, regardless of how brilliant those games undeniably were, gaming is better off moving forward into new territory than spinning its wheels with a gussied up retreat of the good old days. If you're going to do a new Batman game, do a NEW Batman game, starting from scratch in territory that the Arkham series hasn't explored. But that's just one man's opinion.

My favorite Batmobile getin some love! This is brilliant! This is a really good concept 4 how Rocksteady could handle a remake of Asylum! They should also make the Batwing playable from the cancelled plans from the OG game as well! For the remake people didn't like how there weren't many alternate suits, so we should get like 9 more alt skins along with the base skin. They could give us the armored skin from the OG game, the Road to Arkham comic suit, the original concept art design suit, recent film suits, like Keaton's The Flash suit, Battinson suit, DCU Batman suit (if the DCU gets that far), the 70s-90s blue & grey suit, etc. For Side Missions, they could do ones for villains we didn't see much of in the ArkhamVerse, Great White Shark, Prometheus, Maxie Zeus, Scarface & the Ventriloquist, etc. For DLC, they could adapt the Road to Arkham comic showing how the criminals that are in the story end up the the Asylum, with closed off parts of Gotham, similar to the open world in Harley Quinn's Revenge but a litter bigger! As well we can get alt playable characters, like Joker, again, maybe Nightwing, & Robin, & give them alt skins! This remake has a lot of potential & humongous shoes to fill, as long as they improve & take notes from previous work for their gameplay design, & keep Live Service & Sweet Baby Inc. The F*CK AWAY, it could work. 🦇🏰

Depends on the setting and theme of the new game. The Antagonist should always fit with that, and we don't have many details yet. Whether or not it's an Arkham game set in the Beyond era like so many have clamored for, I submit Brother Eye. An AI created by Bruce Wayne to stop crime who grew out of control, controlling numerous android servants capable of disguising themselves as humans. A by-product of his crippling paranoia and inability to trust others to handle his mission.

Gaming is more lazy than cinema with these remakes. Batman: Arkham Asylum is perfect it doesn't need a remake. Rocksteady is just out of ideas.

yeah a new arkham game would be better. for what its worth, asylum is perfect imo. so its better to just leave it well enough alone. if the game was bad, than yeah maybe a remake but at this point maybe just a remaster. good video btw

I have a idea for rare villains like Scarface and the ventriloquist for the main antagonist and sewer king for the second antagonist and with newer villains like baby doll and calendar man and Maxie Zeus and red claw and clock man, condiment man for the first minor antagonist but real boss fights like in Arkham origins where they feel like a real challenge

I want court of owls or… CLAYFACE! The most over looked villain in Batman history. I’d like two games set after origins to have a trilogy in the origins era. The sequel will be young Batman taking on the court of owls solo, and will set up robin as a tease for the next game. The 3rd game would have the origin of clayface, and is set a few years after the sequel. Robin is in his late teens; Batman in his early 30’s. The game will be about Bruce overcoming his obsession of working alone, and robin will come to the learn the value of his words. There’ll be a bunch of conflict between the 2 throughout the story. Basically, Bruce being a know-it-all, and Dick being impulsive and feeling undermined. By the end of the game, both overcome their conflicts and we get the birth of the dynamic duo: Batman & Robin. What do y’all think?

They could do a story abt the mob going to war, or at least if not the mob then like two-face, penguin, and black mask all going to war and Batman having to stop them, sorta like the war going on in the back of Arkham city

batman has plot armor as usual and I noticed that anytime deathstroke is to face off against overrated batman they make slade look weaker than batman and I hate that, deathstroke is just more superior than bruce and his entire bat family.

bro deathstroke is leagues above captain america, he's stronger, faster, smarter, more of a tactical genius and mastermind and definitely more skilled and he has an enhanced healing factor with better gear and weapons plus his suit is superior as well.

Can we get through Batman: Arkham Shadow and Batman's return in Season 4 of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League BEFORE we start thinking about the next Arkham game. Though... In an honesty...i think Bane should be the main antagonist of the next Arkham game.

The league of assassins or court of owls after Gotham knights butchered them. I would get excited but seeing bioware screw up I don't have faith in rocksteady.

One idea I have is that it could some great villians for a upcoming be Deathstroke and Deadshot ( and others that could fit in) working together to try to kill Batman after they was beaten by Batman i arkham origin, it would take place between origin and asylum. Something i would like to see because they are charaters that hav´nt gotten the best reptention that they should get. It can be after they where defeated by Batman that is got rewield that the Court of Owls was behind in all along and batman needed to track them down. Also I would love to see Victor Zsasz more, because He is a character I really like and i feel we havn´t seen how great and diabolical of a villian he really is. But leave Joker and Freeze out of it, they hav gotten enough screen time, with posiable a section were batman need to talk to the Joker when he still locked up in arkham asylum. Posiable side missions: - Cluemaster and needig to trak him down, with you needing to answer his questions to rescue the hostages. - Toyman with all his gadgets could make for a intresting encounter with a playful touch we would not get when the Joker is nor there. - The Creeper and it starts that batman talks to jack ryder about what the Creeper is doing and later being rewield that jack is the Creeper. - King Cobra could both work as a villian like in the bank robbery as we got in knight and some clue to what the Court of Owls doing in the main story. (this could be changed with other crime lords)

Lol, bro did NOT do his research. Two Face is the main villain of Arkham Shadow(unfortunately). Although, I do agree he should be treated as a larger threat in future titles. Deathstroke also stated in Arkham Knight that him and Batman haven’t seen each other since the events of origins. So they cant meet again until after the events of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. Unless they pull some BS where Batman beats him so bad again that he loses his memory of that night. It would honestly fit with the theme of Bane and Two Face losing their memory after finding out who Batman is 😂 I feel like they should actually make an entire game based on Deathstroke where you can choose which contracts you wanna do. You can choose who you want to work for like Penguin, Two Face, Waller, etc. As for Ra’s, a dying Batman completed his Demon Trials and the only other person to do so was himself… Though, I guess it still would be interesting to see a younger Bruce infiltrate the league of shadows with a young Dick Grayson as Robin again. Also, to see that night him and Talia talked about in Metropolis. I really want to know why Batman was there. Was he just taking a vacation and thought that would be the best place to pound Talia’s cheeks? Were the assassins just in town? How the hell did they not run into Superman? It’s implied that the league and its members didn’t meet until after Knightfall Protocol, yet there’s a Superman Easter egg in city and Lex Luthor talks in Arkham Knight. Too many questions.

Definitely a cool version of the court of owls would be good. Arkham knights went Into it but it wasn't even an Arkham game and nobody really enjoyed it. I think an actual court of owls would be great.
