Gotta say, they sound great live.
Karn was 23-24 here....which is amazing to think about...
nice comments from the woman in the clown suit at the beginning
Mick Karn,, Bass God! Sadly missed 😞 R.I.P
Mick Karn on fretless bass - genius
❤❤❤
Magistral
Whooo!
No one will ever be as cool as Mick Karn playing bass here on The Art of Parties. Impossible! Cooler than ice cold. ;)
This is true New Wave music
Greatest bass player ever
Is Billy Currie from Ultravox on Keyboards ?
I do love the almost twang he gives to the word "swing". It has almost as much wiggle as Mick's bass playing. ;)
Swing has such a cool rhythm and chord progression.
Mick Karn right in the freaking pocket🤙🤙🤙🤙 giving Phil a run for his money.
WTF! Karn holding the noise together while slipping in Japan tunes. Hero. Best bassist ever"
Who was on keys?
Mick walks to the front of the stage like a BOSS. Love and miss him and his gift ❤❤❤
He was great. He was influenced by a bass player I liked called Percy Jones. I saw them on two tours in 81/82 and Mick was sublime. He could really play and really perform in his own unique way. I guess I miss him too
@@davidwylde8426 That must have been so amazing to see him play in person!! Such a talented man 😺💖💖
Everyone overplaying. Ruined it. Guitar and bass clinic? WTF
Just realised Mick played bass with his whole body, like he was in a dance with it 🎼⚘️
Ahhhh , Dave Formula and Gary Brooker
Great shout out for Dave Formula and Gary Brooker (RIP)
The origin of the End of the Show Show.
Phil collins takes it to next level
Drums solid rest mushey
Drums are solid
rip mick karn and annie nightingale
RIP Annie Nightingale 😢
Oh no! 😔🙏🏾❤️🕊️
Solid.
As Brian Ferry sang ..." One thing we share is an Idea of Beauty..." and that song was meant for Mick God rest your soul, Bass Legend and a Human Being with Soul.
عزفو طارش رحت للبصرة بليز ههههههه
wow che meraviglia
Beautiful, tears in my eyes listening to Nightporter, brings back so many memories of the early 80s
I would love to see a documentary on Mick Karn, in my mind the best bass player of all time
This reminds me a lot of STS9
One of the best bands, in fact the best band of their time. Just superb.
I like to think of this era as Pete’s gayest in visual style. The music was awesome, though.
this is one of the coolest things i’ve ever seen.
Coolest band ever - I love their nonchalance as they play their very sophisticated tunes
formidabile Mick 🖤
PHIL COLLINS RULES GUYS you must know that since 1971 !!
big energy why ? A GREAT WONDERFUL DRUMMER
Phil COllins at his best
Amazing lineup
I didn't recognise Steven W with his shoes on!, 🤣
Someone build me a God dam fucking time machine, the best group bar none
Thanks for posting this. Its too much!!
Great group, think Pete liked Gary Brooker's piano on this one.
Stones cover
