You guys are stupid. Let the chain-belt feed the wood and let it dump into the feeder. If it clogs, then straighten the boards. You're doing TOO much work. The boards are already inline with the feeder....duh‼️

The feed track has almost no teeth, almost no traction. The feed rollers have almost no grip. And, the bottleneck just before entry to the feel rollers. This thing is in need up upgrading to handle as much as they try to put through it!

Do you deliver the chips to the lab plant yourself? How far away is the plant? Do you have to concern yourself with moisture content or does the plant dry the chips? Are all of your chips the same grade? Just a little curious, please don't trouble yourself with these questions. Thank you so much for some very interesting videos.

Seems to be a training lack and 2 design problems. This gentleman runs the feel up to the edge but does not let anything drop, usually. The drop goes in parallel and he should try to do that more often instead of pulling from up to 3 feet back. The feeder track is quite flat and has essentially no grip on the wood. The feed rollers seem to have little grip, also, and have trouble with even low volumes of input. This is not a very efficient operation. I have watched several of these with different guys and they have so many problems with stalled feed. Some attention should be paid. I expect the truck drivers, if they get paid by the load, are not happy, either.

One person loading seems so much better than 2. When 2 are loading, they end up pulling at cross purposes and end up with an X load so it sticks out at both ends and causes a clog almost continuously. With 1, the boards come out a lot more parallel and go in better and faster.
