Honestly, the doctors can tell ypu when she got pregnant. The date is approximate, but will give you an idea. Don't be too quick to judge, you don't want to ruin your marriage by not trusting her. But if it seems she got pregnant while you were gone, then it's time for dome questions. Don't be accusing. Be polite and try to figure it out. Maybe ask a doctor about the possibility first.
