The Ultimate Game of Applied Biophysics 👋💪🥋 When Armwrestling is your elbow always the Fulcrum? NO- Absolutely not- Example - THE HOOK DRAG When executing a HookDrag, your elbow is not the true fulcrum. Your True Fulcrum(TF) is found in the spine, hips, legs or your feet, your lowest point of rotation. A gyroscope of power 👋💪🥋 The direction of force - Armwrestlers operate three basic lever systems 🤚 Primary Lever(PL) the hand/manus proper 💪 Secondary Lever (SL) the arm 🥋 Core Lever(CL) your Core Mass With these three basic systems we have over 80 effective “forms” or characters. Once a match begins, players create a “rigid frame” with the PL & SL which is powered by your CL. As a rigid frame begins rotation it's acting as a rotating frame. A rotating frame can provide power transfer to multiple points of contact at the same time, with effective transfer of torque measured at 98% transfer of CM, your total mass. The Hook-Drag - Core Lever rotation powers the rigid-frame any point of contact of your hand/wrist, control force to all three dimensions with your CL motion. This rotation controls the Primary Lever(PL)-at the shoulder, the elbow no longer the True Fulcrum once in motion once it is sliding on the pad. The most efficient transfer of power from your Core Lever is providing a maximum rotation at your Maximum Power Transfer from your Core Lever is at the mid-point or balance point of your Core Mass- Core Mass(CM) defined as center of your body mass during the motion. Your "center of gravity" a function of body position. Watching an ice skater spinning in a seated position then rising up with hands over head fully demonstrates this principle.
💪 SAFETY- ELBOW 💪😀👋 Benefits of coactivation in Armwrestling 💪 With proper technique you will utilize every muscle group in your body. To maximize safety & power you must first learn to retrain muscle groups to work differently, together. So if we study the muscles, we must emphasize anogist & anataginist “sets” & how to retrain them. Coactivation of tricep and bicep muscles provides stability, safety to the elbow, preventing injury & maximizing power transfer. This stabilization mechanism is also important for unexpected loads impeded on the joint, allowing the muscles to quickly coactivate and provide stability to the joint, providing a higher level of safety. Muscle coactivation occurs when agonist and antagonist muscles (or synergist muscles) surrounding a joint contract simultaneously to provide joint stability. It is also known as muscle cocontraction, since two muscle groups are contracting at the same time. It literally provides a torque dampening effect protecting your elbow from opponent’s force. It provides joint stabilization, simply you don’t want your elbow joint to be opened by opponent’s force. Muscle coactivation allows muscle groups surrounding a joint to become more stable. This is due to both muscles (or sets of muscles) contracting at the same time, which produces compression on the joint.

Benefits of coactivation in Armwrestling/ Power & Safety It literally provides a torque dampening effect to your elbow from opponent’s force. It provides joint stabilization, simply you don’t want your elbow joint to be opened by opponent’s force. Muscle coactivation allows muscle groups surrounding a joint to become more stable. This is due to both muscles (or sets of muscles) contracting at the same time, which produces compression on the joint. The joint is able to become stiffer and more stable due to this action. Isn’t this the goal of armwrestlers? For example, when the biceps and the triceps coactivate, the elbow becomes more stable. Levers are defined as rigid & transfer of power is lowered when a lever flex/bends. So we can see coactivation helps to minimize power loss. This stabilization mechanism is also important for unexpected loads impeded on the joint, allowing the muscles to quickly coactivate and provide stability to the joint Muscle coactivation occurs when agonist and antagonist muscles (or synergist muscles) surrounding a joint contract simultaneously to provide joint stability. It is also known as muscle cocontraction, since two muscle groups are contracting at the same time. With proper technique you use tricep and bicep for maximum power at the same time, this requires retraining your muscle groups. Armwrestling is also sustained endurance at maximum output. Normal gym routines are important yet can never replace tabletime. You must not only retrain your muscles to work at the same time Armwrestling also requires you to train to do this at maximum effort for the entire duration of a match.
Rules " Protect yourself at all times” ARMWRESTLING CODE- Player contact restricted to grip which must be maintained while keeping elbow on pad, one hand on peg & at least one foot on floor. SAFETY Keep your eye on your hand at all time 🖐️ 👀 ⌛️ Interrupting Optical reception measurably reduces reaction time. Myotactic Relflex Training 1- Safety 2- Maximum Power 3- Minimum Reaction Time The key to armwrestling safety is to maintain ability of a singular rotation of the spine to follow opponent’s force. Information from from our optical reception is directly “wired” to spinal circuitry & receives information same time as your brain. Once trained balance, timing develops into instinct, a reflex. Touch a hot stove- Your hand jumps before your brain can react, myotactic reflexes are independent of our active brain functions controlling our balance, thus spinal rotations. Once we teach the skill of balancing on a bike the brain doesn’t have to control your reaction time required circuitry for this reflex is confined to the spinal cord. Close your eyes riding a bike & your brain scrambles to process information as you start to wobble, your brain now has to override instinctive reflexes. MYOTACTIC REFLEX 🩻 A simple reflex like the myotactic reflex is produced via single synapses between sensory axons and motor neurons. Sensory information also ascends to higher centers, but the brain is not necessary or required to perform the reflex. More complex reflexes usually involve additional (inter-) neurons and more than one population of motor neurons. Thus, more neurons and synapses are involved, which usually results in a longer delay between stimulus and response and often a more complex response. Armwrestling is a three-dimensional game of applied biophysics requiring ability of a singular spinal rotation for any change of direction during competition for maximum safety, speed & power. This is The World’s Fastest Sport- Everything matters/ Armwrestling is about having power at right place and time. These are proven facts.
Greetings- Great success with event & channel- 🚩I noticed the player on the Right side of my screen looking away from his hand as his makes his first hit 🚩 🚩BREAK ARM POSITION 🚩 The first rule of all contact sports is “Protect yourself at all times” KEEP YOUR EYE ON YOUR HAND 👋👀 AT ALL TIMES ⏱️ Keeping your eye on your hand teaches proper form for maximum power, speed and safety. RED FLAG 🚩 SAFTEY WARNING ⚠️ When you see a player looking away from their hand that is a red flag 🚩 that player might be in a dangerous position. During an armwrestling match you must always be able to follow the action/movement of your hand with a "singular motion". 🚩 Two movements to a correction EQUALS a break-arm position. You can do this with control of your spinal rotations. This is the world’s fastest sport, your position can never consist of "two movements " to make a correction. If at any time you cannot follow your hand with a single motion, one adjustment - You are in an Arm-Break Position. Demonstrate this to yourself by placing right elbow on table, hand at starting position. Now slide left foot back turning hips at 45 degree angle to table & look down at left foot. Now try without moving body, to touch your hand to losing pad. 😊 You cannot do it, you are now in a break-arm position, your humerus is at maximum rotation, limited by your shoulder position. 🥋 Shoulder position is a function of spinal rotation Now to maintain safety you can still rotate your humerus with body rotations, spinal rotations. Demonstration- Assume starting position at table by yourself. Maintain hand/wrist/elbow in rigid fixed position. Maintain rigid arm and now using only spinal rotations( spinal movements) alternate touching hand to losing pad, then back to winning pad. You can move hand/arm by moving(rotating) your spine. Bend your knees, twist on your feet, rotate at hips, this is how you maintain a Singular Spinal Rotation to safety. Practice this demonstration 1- with hand in neutral start position 2- with hand completely in top-roll 3- with hand in completely in hook
She is good 👍

Referees need some help, they fail to make player square up shoulders. Referee taps shoulder telling player to square up, player completely ignores referee. Referee then gives up trying to make player comply with rules, allows player to start from illegal position. Referees you must be in command at table, don’t let players dictate how the rules are applied.
Keep it up ❤
