@@Ober447 No it doesn't have a throttle. It is a bicycle so you need to pedal but by switching on the electric motor it assists you especially up hill. Can achieve upto 15 miles per hour by using the motor. That is the UKs speed limit after that speed it would be considered a motor vehicle requiring registration, road tax, and compulsory insurance. third party. It has three levels of power.

Wow good video this gadget is amazing, it did not need to be held at all for the tin to be opened.
