Hello fellow Design Diva!!! It was so nice to meet you in person. I’m definitely signing up for next year and I’m shipping a box home this time. I packed a suitcase with a suitcase and to be honest it was just too much to manage on the way home. I am also definitely bringing a rolling cart next time too.

P.S. no one should have issues with a "used" free-bee!! LOL I have enjoyed the 3 Craft Chicks retreats over the past few years, but the price increase of their virtual retreats this year has but them out of reach for me.

Michelle - I wish I hadn't hesitated to purchase the tagbook project with Layle by Mail! I had it in my cart (she was selling it on her site after the 3 chicks retreat), but I wasn't sure if only having a pdf instruction guide would work for me. Anyway, what a fabulous project - next time I'll just go for it!!

The last shop you shared, do they use AI art?

Scrapbook customs is still in business. They do this sort of thing for all types of travel locations, sports, etc. Their style has an older supply vibe. But they do have some unique themed stuff. They are always a vendor at the Scrapbook Expo.

Hi thank you for your video, I appreciate the information. I read that you all did a private Facebook group to discuss everything, but I would love to see what basic supplies you brought on the trip. I am going on a future cruise crop and I just can't wrap my head around basics to take or not. And I am that girl that I just can't wait for that pre-cruise Facebook group. I am an over-analyzer! The space is so much smaller than a regular crop. And how did you pack for the plane????? I can't find any videos online of how people set up their space. Any direction would be appreciated.

Hey Michelle. In order to be considered vintage, an item must be 20 years old. Antique refers to anything 100 years old. Hope that helps. Great items. I’m making a Little Golden Book journal right now and am mixing both new items as well as vintage and I’m really happy with how it’s turning out. No worries I understand how u felt about not getting the items for 40 cents. My store in Port St Lucie; Fl didnt have the 40 cents bargain either. It was ONLY a $1.00 sale but I was still very happy. I was able to get pretty much everything I wanted from the dollar bins!!! But at my store u were able to get an additional 20% off the $1.00 price which was GREAT!!!! VSmith

The Simple Stories Scary Halloween on-line class will be my 4th class with Simple Stories… they are AMAZING! All the projects are outstanding, you won’t be disappointed!

I don't like the traditional red & green but I love the new Halloween colors. Halloween is my fave holiday, too. In fact, we keep a few skulls here and there around the apartment all year long.

A LGB is not a LGB without the spine! I agree with you that the integrity of the LBG is vital to honoring it. It makes my heart break to watch some crafters take a vintage LGB and just rip it to shreds. The ironic thing is that I can easily tear into a vintage/antique adult book with no problem. Go figure - that's just me. Anyway, TFS a wonderful technique! (BTW, you got a new subbie here from this vid alone!)
