I quit working in skilled trades after WCB prevented my diagnosis and recovery from numerous workplace injuries. WCB’s “culture of denial” has made skilled trades too dangerous to perform in Canada.
Thanks for explaining it in simple words

You are the best
The problem her is that if you do not get the diagnosis and they define you as psychological they just say it is resolved when there has been no resolution or me agreeing to any resolution or continued counsling. And you folks get paid and the worker does not....all you contractors are not questioning the WCB and it's garbage thwerfore not changing anything or helping really at all. I have been living with an undiagnosed brain injury where they ignored me for 4 months before assessing me because I was not burnt and then said I was lying after one Neuropsych session......all while I was confusde and believing they were helping when all I was doing was being honest and they were developing a case against me. I won't even remember doing this by tomorrow. I used to be an artist in metal, an instructor in welding and busy guy and all while dealing with a birthdefect to achieve this level in my life. Now I am lucky to get 2 meals a day and the birth defect is not doing wellbecause I have vertigo and and limited eyemovement due to issues from the electrical shock I recieved which limits the quickness of my eyes to work together or team correctly. I hope others can learn from this situation and we destroy the ignorance and tyrannical ruling by case managers as they are ignorant and must be aligned with the devil to allow themselves to destroy others while feeding their kids from the paychecks. Absolutely disgusting.
