Yes!! ✨ I was just a bit confused 😅 because I know in the USA sometimes mayors give the "key" to the city/town to people who did something important, but in this case it was "cay" which after doing research it also makes sense, because cay it has to do with islands/coralreef, I was so lost in translation during that part 🥹

Base game only has 1 lot challenge, but the scare seeker lot challenge is actually a reward, have you completed the other missions/tasks? Try to complete as many as you can and see if you can claim it, then try again

Are you a console player or PC player? If you are a PC player my suggestion is to test the game without mods/cc (we got a new update last week and some mods/cc might not be updated yet which may cause conflict in the game) or repair the game (if you decide to repair the game make sure to save everything before you repair it) if you are a console player sadly there has been a lot of issues and I don't know how to help in that case

It doesn't show the missions? Just says "you did it"? From my understanding console players have other type of glitches that are not easy to fix

This last week it took longer for my missions to show up, I believe I had to restart the game a couple of times. Here are a couple of other things that you can try: 1. If you play with cc/mods test the game without them; 2. Repair the game (if you decide to do this make sure to backup/save everything before the repair); 3. Start a new save in Willow Creek with a base game mailbox (don't ask me why, but I have got comments here and on Twitter saying that this helped simmers that were struggling to complete the missions); I hope this helps!

In that case I don't know how to help 😞 I hope they fix the game so you can complete the missions or they will release the rewards to all players

So happy you were able to get everything! 😊 I read that starting a new save would help in some situations, in my case I did start a new save in Willow Creek just for the event (in week 1) and for the most part it went smoothly (some weeks it took longer for the missions/tasks to show up but maybe it was my internet connection 🤔) I feel bad for the simmers that weren't able to participate in the rewards events due to bugs/glitches, I hope the next time they do something like this they test things first so everyone will be able to participate ✨

I hosted a lot of events with my family that was for this event and the goal won't complete at all. But you mean to do that one in a new save will help?

@@linneahulten405 if your on console idk what to tell you but if your on pc go to your documents then to electronic arts click that and and move your Sims 4 folder onto your desk top then open the sims it will make a new folder make your new sim and test out if the ui is working

I'm sad that a lot of simmers didn't get to do all the tasks/missions due to bugs/glitches, but at the same time I'll miss this rewards event 😊 it was different for sure, thank you ✨
