Hey! I love watching your videos it’s been helping me stay on my own goals!! I just want to let you know if you don’t know already, I know it always feels good to be tired after cardio and upping the speed or incline can feel like your pushing yourself but at a certain heart rate your body starts burning muscles instead of fat or sugar. Not saying that you are doing that right now because you look great and it looks like you’re working it!!! But just incase in the future you started wondering why it seemed like you weren’t getting anywhere with building muscle, It could be because of that. If you want to know what your specific heart rate is, I would ask a personal trainer or someone who specializes in that sort of thing! But I love that your doing the 100 miles challenge for October ( I could never girl) 😂❤❤❤
