Most people don't know that tattoos are incredibly bad for your health! In order for the ink of the tattoo to stay in place, it contains micro scopic bits of metal. Your liver tries removing the ink from Your body and the ink put tiny tears in Your liver! This is why tattoos fade over time! Tattoos are just a money maker they don't care about your health!

Healthy weight loss takes balance of a calorie deficit and exercise. Macros are also very important (balance proteins, fats, carbohydrates) I could make a quick video explaining this someday if you’d like
