I love this idea. An nen beast That feeds on and then spreads her rage and Malice sounds pretty cool. I feel it'd be a little too OP in its current form. Maybe an hour for level one, 30 minutes for level two, and 10 minutes for level 3? I don't think the conditions should make it strong enough to last any longer than that because the threat to Morena herself is minimal. If she got hit with a level one or two basically nothing would happen to her. Unless the beast also attacks physically in which case her life would be in the media danger whenever it went off and that would probably work. And I thank you forgot Gyro, who it's probably the one person who's malice equals hers. What if after she died her post mortem nen beast traveled the world and sought out Gyro because he's the person most like her lol.
