That delicious meal that will make them wonder what's in it and how you made it 👩🍳 #recipe
Ingredients and Recipe Directions
_________________________________
Ingredients:
1 pack of large Boneless Chicken Breasts (1 chicken breast will serve 4 for this meal)
1 pound of Whole White Mushrooms
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Orange Bell Pepper
1 large Envy Apple
1 pack of Skinny Asparagus
2 packs of Broccolini (aka Baby Broccoli)
2 Jalapenos
8 Russet Potatoes
1 roll of Crafters Square Jute Cord (any other strong string that you have will work, too)
2 packs of McCormick Spices Chicken Gravy
Recipe Directions:

Start by cutting the jute cord into multiple strings about 12 inches long to ensure you can work comfortably with them later in the cooking process. I prefer to cut about 10 -15 to start with and then cut more if needed later
Once strings are cut, place them into a bowl with water and set aside.
Next, peel the potatoes, chop them into thick pieces, and put them into a pot with boiling water.
Then, cut all three Bell Peppers, the Envy Apple, and Jalapenos into thin slices and set aside in separate bowls or sections.
Now cut all mushrooms in half, place them into a separate bowl, and set aside.
Next,
Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices, cut those slices in half, place them into a bowl or plate, and set aside.
Prepping the Chicken Breast:

Lay the Chicken Breast Flat, turn your knife horizontally towards the side of the chicken, and then slice the Chicken Breast into three thin sections horizontally.
Lay saran wrap over all slices of chicken breast pieces and lightly pound the top of each flat piece in all areas to make it even thinner and flatter.
Mashed Potatoes

At this point, the potatoes in the pot should be soft, so it’s time to strain them and put them back into the same pot.
Then, add into that same pot approximately:
4 heaping tablespoons of butter
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of Ground Pepper
2 tablespoons of Garlic Powder
Now mash the potatoes well, turn the heat off, and cover to keep warm.
Prepping the filling of the chicken breast

In a separate pan, put approximately 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and set heat to medium.
One at a time, sauté the asparagus, jalapenos, and bell peppers until they reach Al Dente doneness, then take them out, put them back into the separate bowls they were already in, and set aside.
Now, in the same pan,
Lightly sear the apples and smoked ham separately for approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute to get them hot and to allow them to take on some of the flavorings of the other vegetables cooked before them. Take them out, put them back into their separate bowls, and set aside.
Next, fill the center of each sliced and flattened chicken breast with the seared and sauteed food items: asparagus, jalapenos, bell peppers, apples, and smoked ham.
Roll the flattened chicken breast around the seared and sauteed items like a partial burrito, then use your Jute Chord or other string to tie the chicken rolls closed. Use 3 or 4 strings per rolled chicken to keep all sections closed when cooking. After you tie the strings, cut any excess string off (see video for example).
Now, it’s time to cook the chicken rolls
In a pan, put approximately 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and turn the heat to medium.
Next, place the rolled chicken into the pan and season each with approximately ½ teaspoon of Sea Salt & Pepper and 1 teaspoon of Parsley Flakes.
Turn sideways after 2 minutes, season with approximately 1 teaspoon of Organic Orange Peel Powder and add 3 tablespoons of butter to the pan-making sure the butter goes in between all the chicken rolls.
After two minutes of cooking, flip again and add two more tablespoons of butter to the pan, flip one more time, turn the heat off, and cover to keep warm.
In a separate pan set to medium heat, put:
2 cups of Water
4 halved fresh Garlic Cloves
2 Rosemary Leaves
1 tablespoon of Organic Orange Peel Powder
Then,
Place a steamer basket over the water with seasonings, place broccolini into the steamer basket, turn the heat to low/medium heat, and cover. Let it steam like this for 15 minutes, then turn the heat off and cover it to keep warm.
Once the 15 minutes have passed, lightly season the broccolini while in the steamer basket with approximately ½ teaspoon of Sea Salt & Ground Pepper, then cover to keep warm.
Next, start on the mushrooms

In a pan set to medium heat, add:
2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Saute mushrooms with 2 tbsp butter and cook until Al Dente. Set aside.
Gravy
______
Add 2 cups of water to pan
Pour 2 McCormicks Chicken Gravy packets in
Cook until it thickens. Turn heat off.
After this, it's ready to serve and devour with joy!

Ingredients: 1. Sprouted grain Ezekial bread 2. 1 pack of Cherry Tomatoes 3. Organic Alfalfa Sprouts 4. Two Avocados 5. Sea Salt 6. Ground Pepper Recipe Directions: 1. Wash tomatoes, cut each one into 3-4 long slices, and set aside. 2. Cut half of 1 onion into many slices and set aside. 3. Slice two avocados into many slices, longways, and set aside. 4. (Optional) prep the amount of alfalfa sprouts you'll be using by putting that amount into a separate bowl or plate. 4. Toast ezekial bread 7. Now layer on top of the toasted bread with avocado slices, red onion slices, sliced cherry tomatoes, Sea Salt & Pepper, and then alfalfa sprouts. Put the amount you want of each. That's it! Bon appetite! 👩🍳🌺
