@@Lastpacktears I picked up a few blasters and pulled a Retro Metals Red Hulk, Loki Palladium, and some great looking blue Grandiose and Gold Metal cards.

It's funny I got back into card collecting because of my daughter and Pokemon! She just told me last week... Dad I'm not really interested in Pokemon anymore... Hmmm my first 2 boxes were pretty good. Especially box number 2. My issue is the price they released epack at. My retail boxes were waaayyyyy cheaper. I also pulled some monsters. Usually epack is the way example fleer ultra wolverine was waayyyy kinder to me vs hobby boxes. But I've seen a lot of the social metal epack posts and yea there have been some bangers!!! X-Men vs Avengers I had a ton of fun ripping! The lower cost of these and being able to pull some coloured and numbered cards is great. This also provides you with a good chance to pull some nice cards. It's a fun rip!! For the price you gotta rip one at least? lol! Let me know if you hit something crazy!!! @Lastpacktears I'm strictly a PMG chaser for budget reasons so I did not rip any Series 1. Of my 2 metal boxes, I hit a red base pmg of Elias Pettersson and a print plate of Faber, but nothing too noteworthy other than that.

@@mikelint5786 Ohh a Faber Juan of Juan! Congrats! I do like PMG's there's something Ouff that's pretty about them! I like the retro PMG's as well they look pretty dope! Is that new for metal? Have the retro's always been art type of cards?

@Lastpacktears The retro Metal PMGs in the Marvel style only came out last year and they are my favourite. Pretty polarizing, alot of people don't like the drawn image but I think they pop like crazy

@@crashfellow82 I completely agree. Unfortunately it's a balance at this point. I hope to pull some monsters to help cover some boxes and add all the X-Men I can fit the PC. The Wolverine I pulled, it'll help pay for boxes but since I PC wolvy it's a tough call! These boxes are so expensive, I find a lot of joy in the art. The cards with monies I have to let go for the most part due to costs. Thank you so much for watching!
