I have never played Touhou 13 personally, but the OST is pretty good and nostalgic to me. When it comes to Desire Drive, I sometimes feel like it is a bit overrated, but then again, listening to this and considering that it is what really introduced me to Touhou fan-songs and then to Touhou itself, makes me change my mind and just makes me really enjoy it. Best song in the album in my opinion.
