Kathak and Balinese Dance Collaboration - Nritya karat sab mil mandir mein ( Tari di Pura )
Hindustani classical music has 4 elements Thumri, Saragam, Tirvat and Tarana. Together they are called Chaturang. Beginning with Thumri, it travels through Trivat, Sargam & concludes with a Tarana. As the lyrics says Nritya karat sab mil mandir mein ….. Tari di Pura, the kathak and Balinese dancers collaborating together and dancing in a temple. The music has been composed by Pandit Jwala Prasad ji and choreographed by Shrimati Pooja Bhatnagar.
