They are useless now. The new fluid doesn't work. I always serviced my brush mate box and kept it in excellent condition. However every brush is now ruined I've got decorator friends that have skipped theirs and I'll be doing the same. THE NEW FLUID IS GARBAGE!!!

I was painting a silver base urethane coat using laquer thinner as I as trying to save money by not buying the recomended urethan paint thinner. I never exerienced blushing before and I was unaware about it. I tried couple of times, I thought that the paint mixer guy did not mix correct color. But then I decided to go one more time and this time I heated the surface and also used a heat gun to paint immideatly after the paint and the blushing dissapeared. I came home did an AI search to understand what just happened And Gemini AI told me that this is called Blushing. And then I searched youtube and saw this video. Wow!!

Only supplied air for isocyanates

So what is a 4k system? I know Hobart mixers use a 4k solution... any idea Ultrimax?

I wouldn't recommend for any vehicule, I used it on car parts and it is peeling off, scratch very easy

3M make it very clear. When using isocyanates, ONLY a supplied air respirator can be used to provide adequate protection. 3M do not recommend using any cartridge style respirator when exposed to isocyanates. Again, that's from 3M.

Music not needed.

I covered my car with a tarp a month after painting to protect from the rain... condensation built up under the tarp and now I find this problem.

What is the point in this video. You just about said everything causes orange peel and didn't delve into anything. We all know that we are doing something wrong, whether it is technique, gun settings, viscosity etc.

Jotun surface tolerant epoxies are NOT designed for smooth surfaces! Ideal prep is sandblasted but they can be applied over firm non flaky rust. Better over rust than a smooth surface!!!

I am using a hvlp spayer as a hobbist however finding most latex paints too thick. I assume my best bet id a pre cat?

I'm painting a room and I'm doing the second coat and two of the walls were fine but then on the third one It started bubbling after I moved on. Based on your video, I'm thinking it's because I applied too thick of a layer.
