But due to the lack of gas production, license and deals with shareholders, PPGPL can flow the amount of gas. So for 9 years this PNM government created no new ways for gas flow to the facility thus having now a very low share price of $4. So Mr. Young stop with your nonsensical chatter and start talking the truth. We the taxpayers are not stupid.
