My boss was bad. The female lead actress is a lawyer who is clueless about law and acts like a 7 year old. The lead actor is great. He starred is Starry Night, I believe. He is amazing, but wasted on this role. Skip it.

my fav is six flying dragons ,i watched this multiple times almost 4 times ,its that thrilling every scene is just so linkedup meaningfully without being unnecessary ,from that day yoo ah in has become my favorite actor his expressions is so clear frightening at the sametime understand that emotions. since then ,though many actors played the role of lee banwon or king jeongjo ,only yoo ah in have excelled it, and we've not seen king jeonjo in real life but whenever any references about him ,its just yoo ah in comes in to my mind .its that deep he represented. Every character in the drama is so beautifully designed and played in 50 eps ,you dont feel boring too, forget about waste of time, as i had plenty in 2020 ive watched this. I liked lee bangon because ,he knows the value of self responsibility he sticks to his mind without loosing confidence and he learns to take responsibility for his own mistakes and never givesup his goals how devastating the situations are.

My all-time favorite historical drama is The Moon Embracing the Sun. Empress Ki is next to it. I am not familiar with some of them since I have not watched them yet. I love historical dramas. Keep up the good work!
