That is you idle speed control valve, I'm having the same problem on my daytona 675. You will need TuneECU to fix it or purchase a new throttle body with the TPS and ISCV attached and in proper working order.

is it located in the same place as the 2002 TT600 ?.. my triumph may need a new one.. battery drains if I don't have it on trickle charger everyday..

I have this same problem but the lower actuator (not sure of the actual name) but the part you focused on majority of the video, is not doing anything for me and I have the same shutter on the upper valves. Bike wont start but turns. Any solutions?

Im having a major issue with my daytona 675... It rides great for a short time then the engine just shuts down... I try and start it n no start... I let it sit for a while n it will start n ride a lil further then shut down again... Can't take it anywhere without it shutting down on me... Took all day to go to 4 locations... Any idea where to start...

Hey Trisem, I recently got a 04 D600 and would like to know what might be some possible things to it not turning on. It cranks fine it just wont turn over. I changed everything except plugs. any other suggestions ?

IF the boom arm doesn't fit tightly .....try other holes ....it should fit tightly

Hello, thank you for the wonderful video. I have the same bike 04 Daytona and the problem is that the speedo flickers, sometimes there it stays on 0 while I am riding and sometimes it shows 188 or just flickers. There is also a sudden loss of power or the bike hesitates to speed up. Do you know if this could be a problem with my regulator rectifier ?? Thanks

if anyone else has the same issue i found that the nut on the top came loose. If you leave the ignition on just adjust it until the alarm stops.

The lower butterfly valves are controlled by hand throttle. The uppers are controlled by the idle adjust stepper motor, the little thing you were pointing at. That only gets adjusted after your tps gets adjusted. It could be a sign that it needs replacing

hi, would you say it can hold a small studio strobe on? e.g. Elinchrom d lite 4 + say a not so big softbox?

I think it's just carbon build up and dirty fuel put a few of the Lucas treatments or try seafoaming the engine for a few tanks then check it again to see if it clears up

holy shit, i recently brought a 2005 daytona 650, 18000 ks on the clock, day after buying it went for a ride instruments started to cut in and out then boom wires comming from stator melted bike would start left me 200ks from home :( i guess this is definetly the problem

I wouldn't think activating the injector and spraying it with carb cleaner at the same time would be very safe? Bearing in mind that carb cleaner is highly flammable Good video though, thanks!
