Carri Ginter is the last person who should be educating law students. He’s one of the most unethical attorneys I’ve ever dealt with. He should be in front of the Ethics Tribunal of the Estonian Bar Association and in front of a judge for making unethical and criminal threats. Oh, and when Mr. Ginter gets called out on his unethical and illegal behavior, he magically disappears and has his assistant stonewall you to avoid being questioned about his legal conduct. Mr. Ginter, I’m pretty sure you know who I am and I think we both know what you did was attorney misconduct in both our countries. A little tip from a non-attorney… You really shouldn’t make tort and criminal legal threats unless you are able to follow through with them. It’s also a really poor idea to extort someone in a completely personal matter by threatening their livelihood/employment in order to silence them from speaking up about your client’s inappropriate behavior in their work setting. Last time I checked, anyone can and everyone should speak up and file formal complainants when it comes to alleged inappropriate behavior in a workplace, especially when it comes to professions so sacred as a physician. Last time I checked in Estonia, your laws look at sexual harassment as “violence”. You Mr. Ginter are no better than your misogynistic client whom you attempted to illegally silence me from reporting his inappropriate behavior. You should be ashamed of yourself and you know it! There’s a reason you hid when I started asking questions related to how you obtained my employment information and what reason you gave the witness for wanting it when both you and the witness you received my employment information from knew full well that this matter had absolutely nothing to do with my employment and was instead strictly a personal matter on my end. I think you remember quite well… Something along the lines of “to scare and intimidate” me from speaking up about your client’s inappropriate behavior? And you were threatening to have me charged with extortion? Lol. What would the Estonian Bar Association say about that? What would the Dean of University of Tartu Law School think? How about your law students? I’d be more than happy to share all my information and documentation in this case with your law students for review if you are willing to stand by your legal conduct? Didn’t they teach you in law school that Attorneys are held to a higher standard for their ethical and professional behavior vs. the layperson when practicing law? I guess you must have missed that day? Well, the nice thing thing is that all your threats are documented and it’s also documented that you refused to communicate with me after I began questioning you about your unethical behavior related to the legal process. You do realize as an attorney that it looks very bad when an attorney starts getting questioned an involved party about their legal conduct and they refuse to answer questions, right Mr. Ginter? Well, it’s funny how karma has its way of dealing with people like you without any of the victims having to do anything. I know you practice maritime/admiralty law so you’ll understand it when I say that arrogant, unethical and overconfident people like you who overstep their professional boundaries eventually always sink their own ship, right sir? Happiest of New Years Carri and good luck to anyone who deals with you. I wouldn’t hire you to defend my dog…

A human right is supposed to be a right that all (or mostly all) humans agree should be a right. Actual human rights like the democratic process is politically neutral. Any attempt to frame "human rights" as a synonym for a particular ideology is unethical. Not everyone that claims to stand for 'human rights' is wrong about everything but the industry is largely a scam. Fanatics like Nils Muižnieks are a great example of this. He's a far left extremist manipulatively framing his politics as "human rights". A portion of these groups are even covert nationalist extremists manipulating far leftists that have infested thesa groups by framing their own ethnic or national agendas as 'human rights". These so-called "human rights" groups are nearly completley unaccountable priest class because everyone fears being smeared as against "human rights" rather than just disagreeing with them on some issue.. There needs to be a major global crackdown to expose them as frauds manipulating the public.

As others have affirmed, Dr. Kariņš is a man of incredible talent and skill. Every morning I pray to him in front of the shrine i have dedicated to him within my home. His words are so eloquently arranged that the mind of the common plebeian struggles to comprehend them. Only through rigorous study and consistent prayer to him have I managed to barely begin scratching at the surface of his message. I listen to Dr. Kariņš in this video and many others every day to try to decrypt their true meaning. The depth of his rhetoric is beyond compare. It is to Kariņš I pray to and attempt to learn from every day. I can only hope to learn a fraction of his teachings in a hundred lifetimes. Studying him truly opens a window into the phenomenal capabilities of the human mind at work, and his revelations have changed my life forever. I love and admire Dr. Kariņš with all my heart, and this shall always be.

this lecture is actual art. i cannot describe to you the intricacies and amount of thought put into this speech. your puny mortal minds cannot even BEGIN to comprehend the beauty and emotions of Dr Kariņš. if you haven't known who he is beforehand, shame on you. you are a terrible human being who deserves no love or appreciation. this man singlehandedly has cured my depression, anxiety and bone spurs all at once. i go through this and many of Kariņš other lectures and speeches at least five times every day, each one i play just a little bit slower so i can soak in more from the voice, thoughts and presentation of this beautiful, life changing experience. have you ever knew politics? no you haven't, because you haven't known about Kariņš yet. you sicken me, you absolute plebian. listen to all of Kariņš speeches, lectures, read all of his papers and biographies right now, enjoy it, do that again. quit your job, you don't need that shit. don't talk to people. lock yourself away in your room, lights off. Kariņš will help you. Kariņš will save you. Kariņš will love you.

The idea of supporting clients just for the sole purpose of getting rich is the modern illusion. In the long run, you get greedy and support high-end clients, whilst leaving the vulnerable ones without support. That is, how about we bring back the cultural idea of your Name, that is, when you are on your death bed, it is your name, that continues throughout the ages, have you been honest, supportive, and helped the ones in need? Or have you profited with millions, from demolishing Philip&Morris opponents in court? It is quite upside down, the modern lawyer practice.
