In this video, I will explain how to turn off one Tuya device when another Tuya device loses power.
For this method to work, you should have connected all your Tuya devices to one router.
Let's start. You must have set up two or more Tuya devices in the Tuya App. For clarity, I am naming the first device as Device A, which controls Device B.
Device A should have the option of performing an action when its voltage changes. For example, I have an EARU Wifi breaker.
You need to create two scenes: one for On and the other for Off.
In the Tuya app, click on "Scene," then "Create Scene." Click on "When device status changes." Now, click on Device A and then "Voltage." Select the less than sign , and enter "200" as the value. Click "Next," then "Control single device." Click on "Switch 1," then "Off." Now, click on "Save" and name it. Next, you have to create another scene with the greater than sign and set the switch to "On." Save it.
Now, check the voltage in Device A. If it's higher than the set threshold, Device B is in the On condition. Now, switch off the supply for Device A. You can see Device B instantly switch off. Now, check the voltage in Device A, which is 42; this value may vary in your case. Now, turn the supply of the breaker back on. You can see the switch instantly turn On.
