For this track, and the rest of the tracks in our Generations album, there is no copyright claim when used in videos on TH-cam. However, this is not true for some of our albums. You can check if it has a copyright claim by looking at the video of the specific track on this channel. If it has a section in the description of the video where it says "Music in this video", or something similar, then it is most probably copyrighted. Hope this answers your question.

In newer versions of TH-cam, the "Music in this video" has now moved to just a small title, "Music" in the description of the video. If the track is copyrighted, that section will be visible. If it is not visible, the track will most likely not trigger a flag on TH-cam's end when used in one of your videos. Again, hope this helps you.

We do allow the content to be used on TH-cam (with attribution), which will trigger a copyright claim in TH-cam Studio, however this will not necessarily affect monetization. We are not certain as to how TH-cam changes the monetization of a channel regarding the use of our music, even though it is free to use on TH-cam. The title of the track refers to fallen heroes that came before, that were lost in battle. The low volume is to make the track much more subtle, and emotional. Try using headphones for a better experience.
