Can I use house heating pellets for the direct heat side? Since they are made for reduce smoke and I am not looking for smoke, and they are $6 for 40lb as opposed to smoke pellets that are about $1/lb.

The company does not tell you what it's made of. It is OMRI listed but they don't say what it is either. OMRI does caution that some of the other products from this company, like the garden soil and raised bed soil contain "fecal" materials and they recommend composting it or putting it in a bed for 90-120 days before planting in it. I can't help but wonder if this is made using composted bio-sludge which I will absolutely not use for growing food. This stuff sound good and it's a decent price but until they are completely transparent about the ingredients I'll look elsewhere.

This stuff does not allow growth of new grass seed. It is by far nothing like peat moss, and worse to spread and use. Spreadability is 0 out of 10 and the material inside is dense and has alot of sticks and big chunks.

Super affordable????????????? At four hundred dollars before taxes I would hardly call that affordable. Weber makes excellent products but not only are they expensive at the outset but when the time comes that you need replacement parts you will be shocked at how incredibly expensive they are. For instance if you need something like a griddle to prepare eggs and or bacon you are looking at one hundred dollars. That is before taxes and shipping.

The problem with the bio-fiber stuff is that the company makes it impossible to find out what the ingredients are. Imo, that's a red flag.

I recently purchased the Bullseye Deluxe and although I am extremely happy with the capability to reach extreme temperatures I am not happy with the temperature swings which has reached as high as 30-50 degrees. The advertisement say that the grill has a PID temperature regulator which I expected to mean that it would be like my recteq 590 smoker which maintains the temperature within 5 degrees of the set temperature. I contacted recteq twice concerning the swing and was told that it is normal.

Excellent! I've been using it for repainting old patio furniture. I know it says 10 minutes, but I find if I leave it overnight, the sanded metal parts get kind of a patina to them. Rust oleum primer & paint stick great! I've got a couple of pieces that have been in the house and I wondered about the "scrub, scrub, scrub" part to clean off oxidation.

I just bought a bag of this, and there were insects in it borrowing deep down as I tried to dig for them. They look like tiny flies.

I own the ms180, not the "c" version, I've had her for several years now, it's been really great for me. Personally, the only thing from the upgraded model you show here is the metal teeth, i dislike the plastic ones. For me the other upgrades seem like more of a pain to me. Thanks for sharing!

This sounds great untill you realize its the old bad design so you can only plug like 3 things into it befor it is full cuz the pluggs are to close together. Also the cable is a strate down so if you need to use it in the top plug (say the bottom is for lamps) then you can't plug something into the botom plug.
