U can sell for the same rate at WORLD END, which is the tech hunter city. Tho i still prefer flat lagoon since its closer to the swamp, my main supply for hashish.
And if anyone wondering abt the route i took, i usually go from swamp, the move to a small path at the border between shem and burning forest ( to avoid all kind of nuisance like spiders, cannibals, etc ) and the just follow the sandy road all the way to flat lagoon
