When you want to move the caravan right or left you need to use opposing buttons ie top left and bottom right at the same time to pivot the front caravan to the left and vice versa. Otherwise the caravan is screwing round on a stationary wheel putting unnecessary wear and strain on the tyre and the stationary motor mover. This is why the handset has all the buttons that it does. Otherwise there would just be forward, back, left & right!

This is a thorough explanation for all features on Lusso Van. No one else explains the arrangement for using the onboard water tank! Thank you?You did omit to show the cordless charging pad for smart phone. Can you clarify how the pipe works regarding filling/emptying of water from the built-in tank. There appears to be one pipe for filling/emptying water but how does that work with the submersed pump supply used when feeding outlets in van?

I bought a Wildaxe Europa brand new as my very first camper van two years ago and the one thing you need to be aware of is that the build quality is very poor. It's okay going on about electrics which I'm sure our very substantial with the lithium batteries but what went wrong with mine was everything else. The very first day that I got the brand new and knelt on the bed support and it broke. And then the catches on the doors are weak and poor quality. The cupboards came up and because of these mechanisms. I now have a Hymer motorhome and it's like chalk can cheese. Go for the German quality motorhomes and you'll get far more value for money.

This caravan is more likely to be brought by wealthier older people and often they struggle to use a computer and emails you put electrical computerized gadgets in how do you expect them to understand and use them go back and put some basics switches in like the old days so straightforward and less complicated

When connected to a mains tap and the internal water tank is full does the internal pump or external pump need to be selected to get continuous hot water with the Aldeflow?
