Swapping Lives...
My Million To One Swapsies (so called because I only need to raise £1,000,000 ONCE, to fund the home forever) is about 'LIVING what you're GIVING'... Building a home for 8 homeless, disabled people by LIVING MOMENTS FROM THEIR NEW LIVES as a way of GIFTING them those same experiences/personal effects.
Give it, live it, share & make aware...
1. Give it (donate)
2. Live it, Share it & make people AWARE of it... HOW? You could win from dozens of PRIZES that mirror exactly the new life that your donation is building for Bogani, Siphiwe, Mncedisi, Thokozana, Mduduzi, Phumzile, Mxolisi & Mavela : Eg. A Tea set, Star Gazing Kit, BBQ and/or Weekend Trip. If you win a prize... You SHARE the prize with friends/family (EG. If you win the Star Gazing Kit, invite friends/family to come star gazing with you & just tell them where the Kit came from) to raise more AWARENESS for the Swapsies Campaign. Maybe they'll 'Give It'Live It' & on it goes...

00:19 - I'm an aspiring actor trying to get into drama school. What's your specific acting process when you get a part? How do you work on the script and your character? Do you use specific methods?
4:04 - I'm an American who came here to train at LAMDA but (in the media industry in the UK) there doesn't seem to be an openness for my accent. When should I call it a day and accept that they won't see me or give me a chance especially when so many casting directors tell me to go back to America?
7:35 - Can I ask you about your representation evolution, in terms of who you started with and when you changed agents and how you decided to change...
11:08 - Do you have separate representation in the US & how did that come about?
13:34 - For someone who's just left drama school & has only just got an agent, how often should I get a call from them?
16:42 - Springboarding off what you've just said, obviously you were really lucky and got a really good agent at the start of your career. Was there much work, especially in the early stages, that you got yourself that was nothing to do with your agent?
19:43 - What's the worst audition you've ever had?
22:33 - If you think you're being treated badly, when you should stand up for yourself and have you ever walked off a job?
27:00 - What's your view on working for free and when you first started out did you work for free?
30:23 - What's the best way to build your skills in acting for camera, how do you practice?
31:33 - What's your view on if your agent is trying to pigeon hole you into a specific character type and only send you up for those roles?
33:55 - Do you have any advice for coping with the quiet times when work isn't coming in?
35:39 - What inspired you to become an actor and where does your passion lie, film or theatre?
36:57 - Would you have any advice for someone who's done a lot of theatre and would like to break into film and TV?
38:30 - I get told my casting directors, "If you're sending a postcard, have your headshot on it." Where's the line between vanity and just trying to introduce yourself to these people?
40:09 - You previously mentioned looking at the monitor, when on set... Do you mean that in between takes you should look at your takes? When is it okay to ask for another take?
42:35 - In terms of America, if you don't have much professional work on your CV is it naive to go over there?
43:51 - What do you think the main differences are between the industry in America and the industry here?
46:09 - What should you do in the periods when you're 'warm/hot' and you've just had a show or something come out?
48:35 - Why is it so bad to work as an extra if you want to be a professional actor?
51:11 - Do you think being an understudy has the same negative attributes as being an extra?

Jason's Q&A for MMTO members (wanting to follow in his footsteps) was fantastic. He had unique advice to offer aspiring actors, from his break in 'Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels' to his many subsequent principle roles in films like, 'Snatch', 'Stardust', 'The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen', 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button' and the 2 latest X-Men blockbusters. These are some of the hi...

Arrrr good to see kim goody. Haven't seen much of kim since the mid 1980s. As i write this kim is being nicked by doyle in the professionals. Hahaha. Nice to see you kim.
Fascinating! Interesting to point out that Alan Coates worked with the Hollies from 1983 to 2003 or so. His job was lead guitar and high harmony vocals. Certainly one of the best musicians to grace the band.

Amazing actor. I have been following him for years. Looking forward to "Pegasus Bridge" sometime in 2017 or 2018.
This guy was on Game of Thrones - he played the Braavosi Mummer's show (King Robert Baratheon and Tywin Lannister.)
I had seen you in Nepal \m/
Thanks Helen :-) xxxx
Amazing.
