Hi
@@Jesiahthequeen hello 😃
My mom hated that book so much that she put it in the fire pit 💀
@@user-nk3dj3gu1k I really enjoyed it but I think it’s because I started my reading journey with it
OK, I’m starting from the very beginning. I put in a comment before that. I had tried this before and trashed the loom because I couldn’t figure it out. But you said you had tutorials so I am going back to your very beginning and watching these, I don’t like to let things beat me.
@@carlabass7413 oh that’s awesome!
I wish I knew how that infinity loom worked. I know I saw while yesterday I saw it and that you have a video in progress that I guess I’ll have to watch it.
@@carlabass7413 I have a beginner video as well ☺️
@@Shayna_Lynn I may give it another shot. Thank you.
My issue is nobody ever shows that your supposed to unhook the yarn 🧶 from the legs at some point after u complete a loop and cross those loops with the medal tool. I went around my loom like 20 times wondering why my blanket haven’t dropped yet after weeks 😂 at some point ur supposed to lift it off the pegs.. and even in this video it fast forwards to a full blanket skipping this part.
Gotta tell you and I think I did in the other video but these big looms drive me crazy. I bought one several years ago tried it and I actually put it in the trash. Shame on me.
@@carlabass7413 it drives me crazy too!! I only do one row a day then move on to something else 😬 it does seems like it takes so much longer than other hobbies
Please do a macramé tutorial. I’m going to share your channel. I see you don’t have any comments yet. I don’t know if you’re brand new but like I said, I think you’re cute as a button. You have a great personality. I think you’d be a good teacher. Please do macramé!! I have been wanting to go back and do that again. It’s been years and years and I mean years since I did macramé and I love the wall hangings as you said, please do a tutorial on that.
@@carlabass7413 thank you so much 😊 yes macrame is on my list to start soon. I would love to make some for my walls 😊 this comment made my day!!
@@Shayna_Lynn I’m glad! I hope your followers start coming in. I’m going to share this and share it and share it. Your personality is great.
Shayna Lynn I know I probably spelled your name wrong, but I got to tell U you’re cute as a button and I would like to watch some of your videos but some of that stuff you just showed like that great big giant ass shaped loom. I tried that it drove me insane lol. And whatever that little blue thing is that you said you put tiny thread in, I think I’ve seen those before, but I have no idea what they are and not desire to even try crochet paint poor if you don’t know what that is google it it’s cool. You would probably like it, and I do what they call diamond painting well, I should say I have five of them. I have not started any of them yet. I’ve never done it. I might need to get a magnifying glass to do it with, but I think I’m gonna subscribe to your channel. Have a great day.❤

I have been using this loom for a while now(stop for a while and then pick it back up). I've been doing a blanket. My question is, how do I know what the length is? I know if you use the entire loom, it's 60' width, but I dont know how to know when its long enough.....
@@leannnoak368 I haven’t made a whole blanket yet. I’m working on one right now 😊 but mostly what I have seen from others is when they feel like they like the length. But if you want to get technical I think and kids throw size is 50x60 and a full/queen size is 80x60
ShaynaLynn, I just found your channel and I am glad to finally find someone that loves the crafts as much as I do! I as well want to learn to shuttle tat as I had a great aunt that used to do that. Towars the end of her life she couldnt see much anymore and could do it by feel. I taught myself to knit two years ago. Still have dove into color work. I cook from scratch, make sourdough, and I have canned since I was a kid. I guess you can say I love to be self sufficient. Good luck and God Bless!
Oh this makes me so happy!! Yes self sufficient is the goal here but I haven’t made much of a mark on my list unfortunately 🙁 I did learn to knit! I’ve done a little more shuttle tatting but I have put it down for a while. I think I’m too scared of the sourdough starter to even start… silly I know! But I have been making more homemade bread in my bread machine
@Shayna_Lynn once you start sourdough, you don't even want to go back. It is the best, and can be used is so many recipes!! Our family favorite is zucchini bread, and pizza dough!
I feel this the pile graveyards and the pile of active projects 😂😂
Yes I didn’t do a very good job 😂
Good on you!
@@strawbyregirl thank you 😊
You are so cute and talented ❤❤
@@eeevs_00 awe thank you so much ☺️ this made my day ❤️
So I have a serenity afghan loom I would love to start making a blanket on. Since it’s not the KB brand, would I still get similar results??
I’ve never used it but I think so! I think those ones are just slightly smaller in width
It's going to be beautiful ❤️
@@kellyfleming2703 awe thank you so much 🤗🤗🤗

Not real knitting
It's super cool to watch this part, but I've tried this, and I, for the life of me, could not get the loops over after the first, like 1/3 of the pegs. It just becomes too tight. How do you make this work?
Yes takes some practice I used to wrap mine too tight
Can u please tell me what this is for I have one but I don't know what it is
You can use it to knit blankets scarfs ect.
@@FaerieLilac_Alt ok thanks ☺
I’m knitting a blanket on mine ☺️
The music is amazing and your skills❤❤
Thank you 😊 ❤️
Sooo cool!!!😮😊
Thank you 😊

I've just done my first row. Thank you for the tutorial. Just hoping when I've finished she isn't too holy 😂
Yay!! So glad I could help 😊
Actually I met 1 😅

Definitely #2
2 matches better than 1
That’s what I was thinking 😊
Can you do different patterns
you can I havent tried yet. KB looms have lots of tutorials on their site
Thank you for posting! I bought mine at a yardsale and it was missing the instructions. I am super green and had no idea how to use this
Awe great!! 😊

I think the color way of 1 nicely matches the colors you already have going!
Thank you 😊
Would have liked to seen the first 2 rows
Where is this loom available at?????
I got mine from Joann’s
What is the tool for wrapping? I always had to do it by hand when I was younger and it was so time consuming
It’s called a loom pen tool it’s by Boye I got mine at hobby lobby 😊
Cute❤❤❤!!!
Thank you 😊
what is the end result? i have a loom for making hats, but i cant fathom what this produces haha
It will be a blanket 😊 it’s a long process 😂
@Shayna_Lynn wow, that's awesome! good to know there's looms for blankets. I love the colors you chose!
@@RealHampter thank you 😊
@@RealHampter I’m going to keep switching out texture yarns so people can see what they look like worked up on it
I've never seen a loom like that! Cool
Thank you 😊
I'm wanting to make afgans for my family, my Grandma knitted, my Aunt crochets and I wanna loom! Thank you for this video ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
That’s awesome! I hope you do ☺️
Hi Shaynalynn, in your opinion, is crocheting a blanket the traditional way will be faster than using a (kb afghan loom) to make a blanket? also, how long will it take to make a full-size blanket crocheting it the traditional way?
I think crocheting is faster. When I started crocheting I made a lap size granny square blanket in 3 days. I’ve been working on a new blanket on my loom since the beginning of the year and I only have a skein and a quarter of a new skein on. But I take breaks with my loom. I think tomorrow through Friday I’m going to see how much I can get on with just focusing on my loom. Sorry for the rant 😂😂
Thats an interesting way to crochet. I prefer the old way tho. Therapeutic
Yea crochet is faster than this ☺️
@@Shayna_Lynn faster?? Really?
This video is sped up
I see that now. Thnx
Pattern plz or tutorial
Do you have any tips on making a curved eye for beginners?
