The locker is opening the first one because it's the same customer. If you would have pulled that package out it would have been the same person. It's trying to save room by putting packages to the same person in the same spot.

About 3 times now the amazon delivery driver has said "left in mailroom" and they LEFT THE PACKAGE OUTSIDE of the locker. Once even on TOP of the locker, but they didn't put the package in the locker. One order was an amazon echo, and you bet your ass someone walked off with it. Why do some delivery drivers not use the amazon locker, and think leaving a package out in the open is a perfectly okay thing to do?

That’s the coolest thing to me right now. I’ve picked up from one of these twice. I’m late to try it but I use it so no one steals my package at my apt door. As long as I get a free delivery to a hub.

New Amazon lockers do not have keypads, they require Amazon app. downloaded on smartphone, that will send signal from phone to lockers to retrieve merch. Only problem it does not work!

Yesterday I took 1 hour to finish it with Amazon support!!

When you have like over 50 packages in your car and some of them are for houses, how do you know which packages are for Amazon hub so you can separate them and take them to the locker?

Hmmm..seems to be a porch pirate deterrent & time saver for driver yet.. Anyone else wondering what happens when power goes out; do these lockers have backup or..? Fyi..I'm a dinosaur that catered pre GPS in 01 ( in a new-to-me city) then delivered flowers a couple yrs later on V-day; goal was 4/hr. Easy, ya think? They're not a couple blocks apart, folks:/ & they'll quickly die in cold or hot weather. Forget about tips=extremely rare:( Lastly did Edible Arrangements which initially seem*ed to have much better routing. Again, perishable item$ combined w/poorly maintained vehicles usually running on fumes, bad addresses, access to secure buildings yadda x3 I bailed just before Covid & am NOT missin' it one bit. My best wishes to the next generation!

I went to pickup my order from a locker near me today. I scanned the code and when the door opened I didn’t have anything in it. So I had to get a refund from customer service which sucks.

Anybody know if Amazon (and Hub Lockers) require you have a photo ID, home address or cell phone?

Dude I drive for flex and it sent me to one late at night for my route (at like 8 or later I don't remember exactly when but it was late) and when I scanned the package with the locker it automatically declined it and forced me to RTS man I was so pissed that I had to go back to the station to drop this package but it is what it is atleast I can write the mileage off come tax season.

This is awesome how Amazon hub lockers are dimensioned by the package size. What, there’s 7 different package sizes available to be delivered to the Hub? I got my kinda big package and it had .5mm of wiggle room due to precision. I loved it 😂

Easy, but pretty time consuming depending on the amount of packages that you need to put in them lockers.

Why do Amazon have private contractors????? That's my question why we can't get hired on through the company ?? And why are we being hired on through a third party ??

What if you accidently close the door before taking it out? The locker will think that slot is empty. Is that why it opened the occuped slot?

in my area it is built on the app, you just tap the one you wanna collect and it opens

the biggest thing most drivers don’t know is amazon locker/ hub will accept any packages that is assigned to that locker even if you don’t check in to that locker. same with the lockers that have multiple stops for it you don’t have to check in and check out for every stop. once checked in and you have multiple stops for the same locker you can continue scanning whatever amount of packages you have until you get a check out code. if your scanning packages for the other stops instead of the original stop you checked in with it will still accept them that just means when you get check in for the next stop most of the packages are already in the locker ready for checkout. lot of drivers seat there and try to figure out which packages goes with the first stop and the second.

I could not leave the package because I did not find a way to get the QR code in the application of my phone can you tell me how or where that code appears that must be displayed in the reader thank you greetings

Interesting, about the box that already has a package inside. That tells me the locker thinks that box is empty. So that package doesn't exists.

I have really dumb managers that never registered me to the hub and once in a while my packages get stuck in these dumb boxes 😡

These are great....... When the scanner works. I had one where it wouldn't read one package and I had 19 to deliver to the locker. I had to key in every single label number. It sucked. Lol

I thought you could put packages in something that already has packages in it, a different Amazon TH-camr said you can.
