That was ridiculous tonight. I wouldn’t blame you if you put on some weight and went to C cat. B cat is what A cat as 4-5 years ago with the broken Velo rankings chasing tour goes by.

Thx Roy. I recognized after the race on Friday that I had fallen back into the habit of big gear low cadence and was unable to create any variability in output. Last two stages made a point to maintain cadence

Good job not sprinting on that first turn on the hilly KOM. That was my mistake, thinking I could hang onto the front group. Lol.

Great finish Rob. I went too hard on the climb trying to follow the fast B group and paid for it. Watching you heart rate though I can see you were maxed out too.

Fantastic effort on the second to last climb to stay on the group. I was laughing when that Tugaz rider started crying for help. There really wasn’t any reason for your group to push super hard. There was nobody to catch and the time gap wouldn’t grow that much.

Thanks for the help Rob! Going off the front at the end was a not intentional. Thankfully it ended up working. Good thing Rivera thought the finish line was at the banner or both of you would have caught me.

That was great pacing up the Epic KOM. Strong riding to stay with the front group all the way to the Epic.

That was a tough one. Nice with some OTR company up that final ramp, I imagine. Rest day!

You hung onto that group long enough to stay in front of the chasing group. We caught 2 or 3 riders that dropped earlier then you did.

That was a hot pace. I cooked myself going up that ramp out of the tunnel. I thought the A's were going to step on it there. Instead they just turned up the heat afterwards. You did well to hang onto them for as long as you did.
