Many B+ vans have spare tires, LTV deletes them across the board, presumably to make more room for tanks. Others make up for it by putting the fresh tank inside under a bed.

My comment is a question. I want to do some boondocking. So, will the DC match this with the solar panels or do I need to build an inverter into it. Secondly, as I am boon docking its best I get a AWD. Is there a class C that will accommodate this? Your experience helps 👏👏👏

On the ladder thing, they do have a hooked on extension, their reason is unknown to me, however Fleetwood does the same thing on their class A's and they say it's to keep people (teens) off your roof in a park.

I have a 97 190 versatile. It has a toilet, fridge. AC, gas stove and microwave. I paid $14k in 2020. It only had 104k miles on it. I drive it to Mexico where I now live. It’s my 2nd favorite thing in the world besides my dog😂

When I first saw the all-in-one control panels I thought it was a neat idea. Over the years now I have seen several RV repair videos of people with Big Class A Diesel pushers with them (they got the all-in-ones first) having serious problems. Several of those systems from a few years back have been discontinued and the makers have gone bankrupt. With a lot of electronic stuff being made with ASICs (application specific integrated circuits) it may result in extremely expensive repairs if you draw the short straw and your system fails, especially if the company failed and their box of spare chips ended up in the dumpster. Those are parts produced in a single large run for a specific manufacturer and not available to repair a dead unit with. Look around and you will find videos of fairly new RVs sidelined (like the link below) because those systems are just no longer available. The all-in-ones I have seen have wiring that first runs to a master unit down in some storage bay. This makes it impossible to just remove the system and revert to normal switches. That was the single best test drive with on-the-fly comments/ impressions I've seen....errors not withstanding (F550 or better, on-the-fly 4 X 4, fuel consumption figures...etc...). Our Sprinter based Class C has been an over-weight, extremely expensive to fix chassis/ motor home that has got-to-go....not to sure about Thor though...scary...check out DudeRV's problems (though he takes them with such a great attitude)

I have a 2021 ontour 2.2. Trust me, it's worth the money. We've taken 3 month trips in it each of the last 3 years and we were so comfortable the whole time. And New innovations in this 2024 are a big deal too! Run the a/c off house batteries??? Yes please.

We all owe Jeremy a debt of gratitude for making us aware of how woefully inadequate the stock suspensions in Class C RVs are and how all the "band-aids" we are suggested to install are still not as good as proper springing. While they are technically capable of carrying the weight built on their chassis, they operate at the very max of their rated capacity, just like when you were in high school and all your friends piled into your car and it went swaying and wallowing down the road, the suspension bottoming out on every bump. When you have Jeremy install one of his full suspension upgrade kits (or if you live too far away got to a local spring shop and let them beef it up) you suddenly will find out your RV IS capable of driving like a normal vehicle instead of being at the mercy of passing trucks or uneven pavement. Almost criminal how RV manufacturers send their wares out the door dangerously close to being unstable/uncontrollable on the road. I cringe thinking of how many unaware (and unprepared) RVers wrecked their Class C because of how poorly it handled unexpected road conditions. Keep spreading the word, man! If I was not so far away I would have patronized you but I'm sure your main concern is for people to just listen to you about correct springs even if they end up getting them somewhere else.

I bought my 2019 Coachmen Crossfit class B on the Ford chassis with the same interior setup brand new for $76K. I upgraded to 800ah of lithium and 3000 watt inverter for another $10K. Where is the extra $100K going in this thing? Plus, my cabinetry is solid wood dovetail, not screwed or stapled like Pleasureway.
