3:33 The Japanese version of XYZ is actually pretty fire 🔥🔥🔥. I might even rank it my NUMBER ONE favorite theme song, if the OG Indigo league wasn't so nostalgic. It has an AMAZINGLY animated scene that builds up to Ash-Greninja's fight with M. Sceptile, which didn't make it into the English dub.

Aside from the first two openings Pokemon must be the one super big anime with the cheesiest theme songs of them all. As successful as the IP is, they did (and do) such a poor job with the branding and storytelling, is almost mesmerizing to follow over the decades …

Ok, i have to say. To me, after all the DP openings end, it only has great opening songs, really, BW has AMAZING songs, so does XY/XYZ (to me), just like SM and Journeys, and seeing how low the XY openings AND Journey To Your Heart are gets me more annoyed than you are because of this song, like, how can you even be mad at this opening? Journeys has 3 openings, and to me, ALL THREE should be AT LEAST top 10, and unlike you, i do think that the Ultimate Journeys one is my "least favorite" out of the three, and it's still really good, but like, i have an playlist of Pokémon Openings, that i always listen when i am playing something that i like, and it has ONLY Openings from BW, XY, SM and Journeys, as well as two openings from Advanced, being the first one, and OBVIOUSLY Umbeatable, it's straight up THE BEST opening from the first four gens SO EASILY, like, it's not even close. Since i am not one to be thinking about nostalgia, to me, gen 1 and 2's Openings almost don't exist, like, i actually like the XY Remix more than the original (somehow), just for an example, and gen 4 doesn't have my "favorite openings" either, while Hoenn actually has two amazing openings, and both of them are pretty low here. I know that it's all about opinion, but i've NEVER heard of someone putting Umbeatable THIS LOW, like, it's catchy as heck, it's pretty good, and has a nice song and visuals, nothing insane, but not worth being this low. I respect you a lot because of what you did with the BW and SM openings, and people can have different opinions on some openings, but come on, you can't just put Journey to Your Heart and Umbeatable this low, you literally just can't, it's illegal 🙃
