Can it rip off the big branches on oak trees?
Glad we don’t grow much aspen in western Pa.!

Some wicked speed for a 7000
Knives (teeth) are dull.......replace or sharpen and that would be gone in no time.
Pretty new red processor!!
Yep looks pretty slow compared to conventional logging in the south
Nice machine, but never figured out why guys run a fixed head behind a buncher
Skills ! That last tree was about a mile long.
Where are you fellas cutting?
INO wisconsin
What’s can sp are this one
Nice. 😊👍
That's looks awesome Alex!!!!!!what a tool in your arsenal!!!
Them John Deere would put that to shame. Sorry some one spent alot of money on a toy.
Tell me you know nothing without telling me you know nothing
That is some machine, the stump looks very hard.
Maple? Looks hard.
Yes Maple about 20" in diameter
3/4 pitch chain right?
Painful to watch
Nice
Nice set up. Do you run the head with auto knives closing off the top knife sensor or do you run the knives manually?
In this video the top knife sensor is tuned on. We have ran it with it on and off both.
That is one fast and powerful feed system!
What's that, $800K?
Is Now..
What do you mean $800k? Price of this new timberpro?
Love the way you delimb bigger branches. I try that and I keep throwing chains. Your encoder wheel for length measuring must be all over the place. Hard to get it to work in trees like that isn't it
I've never run a fixed head, but it looks like the most awkward head you could find to cut hardwood, and this is probably one of the best out there.
That is fast all right.
Just advice from fellow processor operator in big North American hardwood... If your cutting something bigger than single pass tree I find it easier to run up the tree past first log or two as far as I can reach safely and cut it off then deal with the snag it will stand there until it's cut off clean.
Looks like the only decent thing about that head is the saw. Feed power seems weak, geometry isn't great and for some stupid reason they still haven't put ramping on the knives or rolls. Base machine seems ok as far as power and hydraulic flow goes.
Nice job man handled that tree!
5 to 7 gallon per hr usually
Anybody know how much fuel a hour this machine burns?
I see there combo machine sitting at crostrac, wonder why they got rid of it
It is faster and safer than a chainsaw but it seems awfully abusive on the machine. This is by no means an indictment of the operator or his/her skillset but in the end, it would seem that the processor manufacturing sector has yet to be able to tackle big northeastern hardwood
Let's set it up Joe Blow!
With all due respect, a Ponsse H8 would beat the living daylights out of that thing.
With all due respect. This harvester head is way bigger and with a much longer saw than an H8 so probably not. I am from the town where this head is assembled and they are specifically designed for the big trees of North America.
@@oscarivanholmqvist4682 Fake news bud. You apparently haven't ever seen a H8?
How big diameter hardwood can you run through with that
What is your footage average a day?
That looks like it is a good set up ,I have processed using waratah 622 ten years
Which head is that? nice machine
This is the TimberPro 830D Combo with a SP 761 with top saw processing head. Great package for big hardwood!
@@mikeskubal4683 id love to see more video
the head is quite strong
This guy is good. Sharp chain too
Is that James Blacks machine?
