Three snaps and a twirl 🎉 I've never really had anxiety with the exception of my health journey, however I have people in my life that live with anxiety constantly and I never understood it! The way you explained it is great information and is helpful to someone to start the process of getting ahead of the anxious thoughts, worry or other feelings that could potentially progress into full blown anxiety attacks! I realize that it comes out differently for everyone however the end goal is to be in a peaceful state internally and have tools and resources to help you through ❤ Thanks for sharing and providing suggestions on how people can know the difference and have options to self sooth as they move through it ❤
