@@instagus in newer studies it shows that 0.9 times bw does the same as 1.5 but for the rest it is great i like it
@@A2Z-only can you show the source of the research or video you watched saying this ? Anyways this is a rough estimate . And i’m i’m open to read this study but from experience i’m pretty sure most studies and most athletes would agree that eating 0.9x ur kg bodyweight in protein wouldnt yield much results for muscle building . Also thanks for watching mu video and commenting 😁🙏🏼
