I am so sorry to hear that you lost your dad. I am here if you need anything as we build a connection. I used to write spoken words when I was in the height of my depression and grief but I have stopped so this video reminded me i need to get back to journaling. I was in consistent therapy during that time but haven’t been in therapy in a year so I need to go back. Yess God will get you thru that time. I agree the days that grief sneaks up on me I make sure I do self care activities whether that is working out or watching tv/rot.
