Zay and I tackle our biggest job so far! Hard work and determination is paying off!
Easy money working half a day!

As I continue to grow and build, I am able to make more money! Although I’m happy with my best day money wise, I know I can do better! Gotta keep grinding and never be content where I am! Gotta continue to scale this business every day!
I quit my job to start a junk hauling business!

Will junk removal pay my bills after quitting my good paying job? I dive right in after deciding to leave my employee in exchange for more money and freedom! Failure is not an option! The hustle is real!
There's no way I would drive through all the wood.
How much did u charge for the clean out of that first job.
Glendale dump is the cheapest
I also just started my llc junk removal in phx. Empire Hauling
More power to u for jumping into it fully. May the lord bless your business 🙏
What area do u mostly working at.
West valley mostly
Do u have to pay for leads on Angie’s list.
Yes you have to pay for leads. They charge even if you do not get the job but they send you the lead so they charge
Take a look at Google LSA, it works good for me.
Are your side boards 2x10?
2x12
Congratulations, I am trying to get mine off the ground going good, more consistency is what I'm looking for
I ask because you can pull out your 401k and invest the money to expand your bussiness i did this worked for 8 years at a company that dint care about their workers and i started doing the junk removal myself i did get penalized like 30% but i got 10,000 so i can invest money into my bussiness and continue making money now
How long were you working at the dump or your regular job?
What size is your trailer? Do you pull it with a 1500 or 2500 truck?
Trailer is 12’x83”. Truck is a 1500
@@Curbside_Junk_Removal Did you do anything to the truck so it can pull this trailer?
Bed bugs, scorpions, needles, pipes, foil. You all be careful out there in this big beautiful city of Phoenix, AZ. Make each day amazing and never stop moving forward!
Iam looking for this in mi area I checked the gooo market in Hillsboro Flo and che to many people are in this business
A lot of people are starting, but will they finish what they start? You have to be a full time hustler to make it.
Where you all get your shirts made? They look like good quality.
I designed the logo and then uploaded the final draft to ninjatransfers.com. They sent me the logo ready to press and I pressed them myself
Nice. Keep bringing guys. It will pay off. If you need help with anything. I am here. I do know how to do a lot. Fixing my website and all that right now. But way to go!! Happy to see some more regular folk out here in this mad house. Hey there is more enough in this city! ❤
I’m very interested in doing junk hauling but I am seeing that in my area there is a lot of junk haulers. Is this something that is in serious demand or it’s going to be very cut throat and may not even be worth wasting my time on? I’m in the Austin Texas area. I have a friend that does this. He kind of got me hooked on the idea and now he’s talking me out of it. Not sure if he is talking me out of it so I don’t become extra competition for him.
It can be done but as people catch on, you will definitely have competition. It’s going to be all about the connections you make with people like realtors, maybe small shopping centers who have illegal dumping in the area. Check the population in the area. A lot of people moving to or from where you are? It’s definitely not as easy as some people make it out to be.
Don't think about competition unless it is your partner. Don't share all your ideas but there so much junk and ways to run your business. Do not let other's talk you out of it. Everyone will talk you out of your dreams. Even your self.
@@Curbside_Junk_RemovalOne contract can change your life. I am serious. I been down a year I was able to support my self and pay two guys. You have to be constant. And think out side the box. Look make a list. Who in 5 miles from you would need junk removal? Everyone does. Want big hitters professional organizers, event planners, property investors. Get on social media and hit those groups that you know there is money. You don't have be tacky and try to sell. You have to jump in and network.
Dont over think it just dive right in.. EVERYTHING is over saturated dont focus on others
What type of insurance do you recommend?
At least General Liability for $500k. Some people require you have a 1 million dollar policy though. I pay about $88 a month

How does your charging system work? Do you just do cash or take card info?
I take cash, check or card
I use square for credit cards. It’s free to obtain but it does charge a percentage per transaction.
Thanks for the video!
What size is that trailer?
12’ long 83” wide
Awesome man. Congratulations on the new endeavor. I got started on Thumbtack. Much better lead provider.
More videos Bro! Inspiring. Good work!
How do I get into this business
I will be uploading a video soon with info!
Great video ! On a job like that do you ask for a deposit up front ?
On this particular job I did not.
Good luck
Thank you !
Awesome man! I had the same beginnings also leaving a salary job. It’s scary but like you said you have more time and you can make your own schedule. I had a class A also and didn’t want to drive trucks. But 20 years later I’m behind the wheel of a truck. Lol. But it’s different since it’s local driving. Best of luck out there brotha!! If you need anything let us know. Only 2.5 years in so not long but been through a lot during this time frame the highs and lows.
Just liked and subscribed and look forward to your vidz!!
Definitely can relate! I started doing Hot Shot before I started WM and that failed but for valid reasons I’d like to make a video about! So it’s scary doing something else yet again. Junk Removal can definitely be successful and grow into a lot more but I’d be happy doing 72 hours for myself and not a company.
What did you charge for these jobs?
Hello friend, could you share the description of where you bought the hitch for the truck and how much it cost, greetings from Texas
WM fired 😂me because I had got 2 dump trailers I was working for ADS IN MIDDLE GA 4 10YEARS then at the end of March of last year they call me office & said I was fired because long lunch break the crazy about this I been taken a one lunch for 10 years off the clock because I was a senior welder working in the containers shop but let me go because I had owned business since 2005 look up some time google me at PHD ENTERPRISES & CLICK ON THE PHOTOS OF ME & MY BOY'S

Hello! The trailer is 12’ long and 83” wide.
I enjoy your videos but really hard to hear your voice, the music is louder. What city are you in?
Hey Mike! I will make sure to have my microphone working in the next one! I’m located in Surprise, AZ!
Bro first of all 🎉 congratulations may continuous success and blessings come to you.
I appreciate that thank you! 🙏🏼
Congrats on the big day. See if you can balance the volume between your music and voice audio.
I have a mic but I was having trouble getting it to connect 😩. Next video will have better sound.
Subbed. Good work ethic. If you keep grinding success is inevitable.
Good job bro 👏
Hell yeah i just built a trailer for myself starting up January 1st. Get it!!
That’s awesome! Good way to start the year!
