I thought that I saw a guy that was not bald or grey, but then I realised that it was a woman (covering here ears from the noise - maybe don't sit in the front brown next time)! They were a bit rowdy, but well done for playing a great set with all that mischief. I need to see you again but in a venue where there's dancing.

Nice joyful freestyle sparking, even dare, performing. It has some slight similarity (in way of expression) to old funny songs as Abracadabra and 16 Tons.

So here the Nymphs. Singing birds from The Garden of Eden. More than brave, tenderly dare.

This is the last festival that Mike played , in the closing year of his life. he had already sacrificed much to this band , Alain Le Grand is the bass player here , the previous bass player on both albums was Sean Walker and previous to that Pete McLeod. The band mutated many times , regularly changing drummers. Mike was on oxygen by this time 24/7 . I filmed some as the band became unwatchable as Mikes health deteriorated . I find this period of his life difficult to watch , knowing what happened to Mikes music in the hands of the on off drummer, the keyboard player seen here and the in the band for five minutes bass player that was to come , at the close of Mikes life . They exploited his music after his death to massage their own egos and ignore his will, but thanks for filming part of a happy time we had in Windermere . I like I say only filmed some . I am currently writing a book on my husband and partner of the last 13 years MIKE BOWDEN . John, Les and Alain thankyou for your decency during my grief .

The band is good. Vocals not so much. Lead g tar is hard to match. Harp is greatbut I for my taste don't need to hear it swawk like an injured cat every song

I mean I have seen Jon play since I was 10 or 11 since he was in The Hoax, im now 38 years old. Loved them all ever since then. watched him play at the Juke Joint in Basildon, Essex. (Not there anymore) 1997 and in his Amor group too with both albums self titled "Amor" and " even after that album" he is at Westcliff, next to the Blue Boar pub, Twice had a photo with him, and got his signature on my wall, Southend on Sea. Phenomenal blues player. But he even had that red 65 strat back then. I have pictures of him and Jesse playing with his white 68. But I know what has gone wrong here. Jon always restrings before playing a gig. His rips with Ernie Balls slinkies green 10-46. Now he hasn't stretched out the strings long enough or even for that fact broken them in hense he is out of tune badly I must say on the second song. Would have been surprised if he was possible rushing to get to the gig, and didn't leave enough time to stretch and break out the strings properly. Shame his a out of tune on the second song. I have never heard the man be out of tune in All 27/28 years of seeing him play live. Bit of a shock to be honest with ya. Still legend in his own making. Thanks Jon cool trio you have as well.
